The Frauenthal Center is a performing-arts and wedding venue that can be found in Muskegon, Michigan. This historic facility was built in 1929 and was previously called the Michigan Theater. Intimate ceremonies can be held in the Beardsley Theater, which has room for up to 169 people with theater-style seating. The Frauenthal Theater is an ornate, artistic facility that features an expansive stage, an elegant ambiance, and plenty of versatility, providing events with dramatic flair. It is able to accommodate 1,708 people with theater-style seating or 150 for receptions or events held on stage. Couples may also opt to utilize the Hilt Building’s third-floor Ballroom, which boasts two flexible event spaces that can be used separately or combined for larger events. Each room holds up to 150 guests or 275 when used together. Finally, the venue can also provide the Reception Gallery. Here, nearlyweds will find a varied selection of artwork from regional artists, a large balcony, and three adjacent meeting rooms. The Reception Gallery itself has space for 120 people and, in combination with the meeting rooms, is able to host up to 225.
