Fran was a fantastic videographer. He managed to be there for all the important moments, including the unplanned ones, and was very unobtrusive. His work is of the highest quality -- it's really art. I'm so very glad that we made the decision to have a videographer and that we chose Fran! I would give him a score of 6 if I could!
