Howard of Forte Talent has that special way of putting all of my clients at ease. Howards proffessionalism and efficiency shines through every event. He offers so many extras that personalize each couples special day, from the dance floor lit with the couples names, to dubbing "personalized messages" by the happy couple, over "their song"! Forte Talent always goes that extra mile to ensure each event is "The Event"! Thanks for making our events shine Howard! Melanie Kelley~ Weddings & Social Events Director; All Events Catering

Frequently Asked Questions for DJ
Describe your DJ style:
Mild to wild, Classy to Sassy, Laid back to highly interactive, it's up to you.

What is your usual attire?
Tux, Suit, Themed attire, it's up to you!

If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
I don't require it no, if they DO have it, great! If not, I'll make every effort to get it myself at no extra charge. Very rarely, a song may be unavailable or out of print. then we can discuss options.

How many other DJs do you work with?
I am the person you get when you hire Forte Talent Inc., personalized service means PERSONAL.

What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
That depends on the event and distance from my office. I'm sure you'd agree, it dosen't make sense to drive three hours for a one hour event. It can be done, however, additional charges may apply.

Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
I prefer to meet with the Bride AND Groom AT LEAST once during the planning stages. In fact, I'd like to say it's required. (Unless the situation makes this impossible, She's out of the Country, flying in the day before the event, etc.)

Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
No, however, we can discuss the type of event you are planning and, if I am not the person for that type of event, I will make suggestions on a qualfied association member who may be better suited for you.

Do you bring your own equipment?
...And back up equipment as well!

What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
Custom services are available.

How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
Usually one to two hours to set and one or two to strike. No I do not require a table.

Do you have any extra space requirements?
Not much more than any "average" dj would require.

Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
I don't really do "USUALLY". It's up to you, That what personalized service is all about. If you'd like, I can act as Master of Ceremonies

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
No, you pay me to provide a service, if I'm eating, I'm not providing that service.

If a break is required, yes.

What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
In the event of an unavoidable incident, serious traffic accident, serious illness, death, I am a member of The American Disc Jockey Assc.. Local and National chapter. A skilled and qualified D.J. will be there to stand in in for me.
