I offer digital retouching for an additional fee.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Yes. I started out in music/band photography so I am used to all kinda of lighting environments.
Is your media preference film or digital?
My professional work is all digital.
How many photographers do you work with?
I have several preferred photographers that I use exclusively for seconds and assistants. I also work with a large network of professional wedding photographers from around the country in case one of my usual employees is not available for a particular date.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, this is mentioned in all contracts.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
NO! When you book me for your wedding day, that is YOUR wedding day. I do one wedding a weekend and no more than two weddings a month.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, I work with a large network of professional photographers.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I am a Nikon shooter and bring industry standard equipment specialized for low light environments as well as a full back up that's kept in the car.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes! Always ask for this!! If my main camera fails, I will still be able to shoot your wedding.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
My packages are based on hourly rates.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes. The hourly rate will be set in your wedding contract.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
None other than a few minutes to eat.
Do you charge for travel?
Only for locations outside of the tri-county area.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Approximately 3-4 weeks. I edit every single photo delivered.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Initial proofs are available online in a private album approximately 3-4 weeks after the event.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The online album is available for approximately 6 months.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, all copyrights are retained by the Photographer; however, limited rights are granted to the Client for personal use including personal printing.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, all photos are subjest to being published unless otherwise expressed in writing as an Amendment to the Contract.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
All packages include edited digital files with reproduction rights.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, all proofing is done online.
What kind of albums do you offer?
I currently only offer eco-friendly flush mount albums.
When will the client get the final album?
Delivery is approximately 4-6 weeks from the final album approval.
