The cake baking, assembly and decorative process starts bearly 2 days before the wedding date.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
I average about five cakes per weekend in order to maintain quality control.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
Yes, I offer to decorate the cake with the flowers provided by the florist.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
I rent out a round silver cake plateau.
