Yes. We invite you to review the sample packages that have been used by others but remember that all packages are customized to fit your preference, style and budget!
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes , We guarantee your satisfaction and ensure that we can provide a back-up camera as well as videographer in case of any unexpected circumstances.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No, only one event in a day.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes , I have 2-3 more people.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
A full-size, broadcast - high resolution 3-CCD digital cameras, UHF wireless microphones and a camera - crane , tripods, lights are used to capture your event.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes , I bring 2 Video cameras, lights and all equipment I need.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Yes, I require a meal
Do you charge overtime?
Yes, I do charge overtime.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Yes if you would like but for an additional charge.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
Yes, unless the client indicates otherwise in our contract.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
Yes, every step is run-by the client.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 months. It really depends on how quickly the client turns in materials (music,photos, invitations, etc)
