After searching for a day-of wedding coordinator, I quickly realized that most vendors didn’t offer a true “day-of” package, but rather a two month out planning package at minimum. I already had all my vendors chosen and details picked up, but just needed someone to help coordinate my wedding day to ensure things went smoothly. Luckily, I found Kelly! We had a quick initial consultation and then met again about a month out from our wedding date to coordinate vendors and a timeline for the wedding day. Kelly intently listened to my vision for the day, took detailed notes, and shared her expertise from years of experience! She then created a coordinated timeline that she shared with all wedding vendors the week of the wedding. Because of Kelly’s expertise, passion, and incredible organization, my wedding day couldn’t have gone smoother! As a self-proclaimed control freak, I felt incredibly comfortable handing over every detail that I had planned and trusted her to execute it flawlessly- and she delivered! My wedding day was completely stress free, and the entire evening flowed so seamlessly. Kelly helped bring my vision to life and worked behind the scenes to make sure that it was the wedding of my dreams! Every single detail went off without a hitch. So many guests even commented on how naturally the evening flowed, which makes such a huge impact on the guest experience- all thanks to Kelly! Hiring Kelly was the best planning decision I made, hands down, and I couldn’t recommend her enough! Her pricing is also extremely reasonable for the huge impact it made on our wedding day!

We decided to go with Eventology Weddings because Kelly has a lot of experience in Galveston and at our venue. She recommended our caterer (Behind the Bash) and photographer (Gary Blake Photography) and these were two of the best vendors frrom our wedding. Additionally, she served as a calming source for me (the bride) as I was struggling to figure out what I wanted out of the day. The day before the wedding, Kelly attended our rehearsal and even went out of her way to pick up crayons for the kid’s activity booklets, as we had left them at home. And on the day itself…where to begin? Kelly and her team ensured the vendors and reception venue were ready. She made sure we got drinks and a snack before our entrance. She kept us on track but also went with the flow and did not rush us. She even dealt with some of my last minute requests, going out of her way to and from the DJ to let him know that things had changed. And at the end of the night, she stayed behind and facilitated the cleanup of the venue. I’m sure there were many more behind-the-scenes things that she did. Overall, our day would have been so much more stressful without Eventology Weddings and I am so happy and grateful for Kelly and her team.
