How do I order personalized items?
Once your order is received you will receive a custom order form to supply us the information needed for the personalization. This applies to printing customization as well as color and theme options.
Is there a quantity discount?
Absolutely! Quantity discounts are listed in the product descriptions. For large orders (100+ items or $500 and above) Email or call us to discuss your needs and the price breaks we can provide you.
Can I order a sample before I buy a large quantity?
Yes, a sample of all favors are available. The retail price listed on the website is the price for 1 sample. Should you decide to purchase a credit will be applied to your purchase for the sample price less shipping.
I need my order fast, what do I do?
Email or call us. We will be happy to check availability of the products and provide you with a quote for overnight shipping.
Can merchandise be returned?
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 10 days for a refund*. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. *IMPORTANT No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, etc. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned. NOTE: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.
How secure is your checkout?
After seriously weighing our check out options with your security in mind we decided to use Google checkout for processing. They guarantee that: Your account information is stored on our secure servers. Your purchase information is encrypted during transmission with industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology. Google doesn't share your full credit card number with sellers. Google won't disclose personally identifiable information about your purchase history to advertisers or merchants. What is your shipping policy?
Non personalized items will be shipped within 48 hours via USPS Priority Mail. Personalized items vary according to the item. Please note you will not be charged for your order of personalized items until the personalization form is returned and the ship date is approved by you.
Can I submit payment with my personalization form?
Absolutely, just select the items you want, check out and select pay by check or money order. You will then receive your order form via email and will have the option to submit payment via Google checkout or the chosen method.
What if an item is out of stock?
You will receive an order acknowledgement and/or a personalization form with 24 hours of submitting your order. Any items not in stock will be listed on that form and you will never be charged for any item that is not included on a shipment.
