We are incredibly pleased with the choice of Diwas Photography for our wedding. It was not that tough of a selection for us, even though the market is saturated. We had picked out our venue and found Diwas and Sadie through the venue’s Facebook page. We then navigated directly to their site and looked through their entire blog and images. We gravitated toward the black and white images as our wedding theme trended around a classic elegance. The first time we got to meet Diwas and Sadie was at the One Love Seattle wedding event. They were personable and unlike what we felt off of others, not pushy at all. We just genuinely connected with them on a personable level.

It wasn’t long until we had our deposit down and were going through the process of lining up our day with their expertise. We got to see their collections, examples of work they had done in the tangible form and they took diligent notes about our story. It impressed me that on every stage of our planning, little specifics (of us as a couple) was retained. Our communication with them was direct, clear and well heard. Timing is of the essence in wedding planning and they have the experience to innately know the flow.

The day of they were there before we were, calmed our nerves, made us laugh and just made us feel comfortable. They were everywhere, at every moment. They pardoned our familial hazards, were a buffer and kept a focus on us instead of everyone else. One of our favorite compliments out of many, which describes the day of, is that a guest told us Diwas was a “fox” maneuvering around to be right on top of every single key moment. This may very well be our most solid point of why we recommend them.

The slideshow, the products, the attention to detail, the kindness and the ease of working with these two are all just the surface of it. There was so much depth to our experience with them that a review wouldn’t even begin to be enough of our gratitude.

An amazing experience with an amazing team. From the first meeting to the last call, Sadie and Diwas exceeded all expectations. Personable, unobtrusive, and just all around easy to work with, these two actually cared about the feeling and vision of the entire experience.
If you want standard, cheesy, and uninteresting posed shots, look elsewhere. These two are artists, sensitive to their surroundings and the people they're working with. They delivered quickly, missed no detail, and presented us with hundreds of incredible shots.
Best of all, they have integrity. So many wedding photographers take advantage, and charge prices far beyond what's reasonable. It's easy to feel exploited shopping the wedding industry.
Sadie and Diwas did the opposite. Worked within our budget, were enthusiastic about the experience, and delivered extraordinary art to us for less than what other, less competent photographers were charging for the mundane.
If you're looking for extraordinary skill and genuine art without mortgaging your house, I'll save you hours of searching. Gallery quality without sending us to the poorhouse.
I genuinely love these two. By the end of the evening, they felt like family. I predict a brilliant future for them. 5 stars, two thumbs up, A+, an 11 on a scale of 1-10, and a happy heart.
