For our Silver - Diamond packages Brian Pepper the owner of our company is the primary shooter. Our associate packages are you are guaranteed one of our other 4 photographers who have years in experience. You actually have the option to meet your photographer prior to booking unlike many other companies that offer multiple photographers.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Absolutely not! We dedicate ourselves to your special day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Of course! We have a team of very talented photographers with years of experience in digital photography. Our team has worked for companies such as Kodak, and the Discovery Channel.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We typically carry two Digital SLR bodies and multiple lenses and lights for any situation we might encounter. We actually carry double of our most used lenses and lights.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Do you charge hourly or full day?
This all depends on the package you choose or personally create.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
If an hourly rate is chosen we will go overtime if requested at a rate of $100hr. However if your overtime request falls into another package that we offer that is a better deal for you we will provide you with that pricing by only billing your for the difference in package price.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
There is no set amount since it can really vary depending on the event but either way all of our standard packages come with two photographers which keeps someone always ready with their finger on the shutter.
Do you charge for travel?
We will travel anywhere in in the Central Florida Area at no extra Charge.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Online proofing typically is up within 1 week at the earliest or 3 weeks at the latest. Since we edit every image(500-1000) prior to posting them for you to see this really varies on the event and the time of the year.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Online Proofing , 4x6 and magazines are available.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The online proofs are posted for typically 3 months. The proof prints or magazines are yours to keep.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
We do retain the copyright of our images however all of our packages come with a CD and a copyright release allowing the bride and groom to print their own personal prints. We also provide a print credit to order prints from us with all packages. This way we do have some quality control which we dont have when you take your cd to Wal-Mart, Walgreens or your other local lab.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
We reserve the right to use the images for our portfolio, website and other marketing materials which may include advertisements that are published in magazines or other website.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
We provide all of your wedding images on disc allowing you to print them for your own personal use.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer a wide range of albums. Our most popular album is the Italian Made Graphistudio Album which is included in our Gold, Platinum and Diamond packages.
When will the client get the final album?
That really depends on you. You have full control over what images are used in your album so the quicker you select them the quicker we can start the design and printing process. We also can choose these images for you which will speed up the process.
