The passion our team possess for weddings and events is undeniable. We dedicate ourselves to ensuring that all details are accurate, timelines are specifically detailed and that the day runs smoothly. All of our packages include unlimited communication with planner so you can use them as a resource right away! We guide our clients throughout the whole planning process by recommending vendors, creating a detailed itinerary and drawing up a floor plan. We work with our clients to fill out an in-depth detail sheet that includes the littles details as well as the big picture. Our planners ensure that you are staying on track with monthly check-ins and reminders.
On the day of the event we will be there every step of the way! We set up all your personal decor, coordinate vendors and ensure that the way runs smoothly. We promise our clients that they won’t have to worry or lift a finger on the big day.

With over 10 years of experience as a wedding and event planner, Natalia Day, Owner and CEO, delivers the highest level of customer service and detail when planning with her clients. She is committed to giving her clients an unforgettable event and she loves that her clients become her friends. Natalia is passionate about the wedding and event industry and this shines through when you meet with her.
Natalia started her career at Georgia State University where she double majored in Corporate Planning and International Business. She was driven to create her own wedding and event planning company when she moved from Atlanta to Tampa. Her experience in the corporate planning world in Atlanta provided her a solid foundation for her company.
Natalia is an active member of Tampa Bay NACE. She also engages in several seminars, networking events and bridal magazines (Tampa Bay Weddings) throughout town.
On her free weekends you can find her on the beach with her two daughters, Bella and Mia.
