The best wedding planner

I can’t imagine how we could have had our dream wedding without the help of Natalia! She was there with us every step of the way. Her attention to detail is unmatched! I was never worried about whether something would go correctly. Any issues that came up she handled immediately. Natalia has such a charming warm personality, but she is still assertive when it is needed. Everyone at our wedding loved her. We can’t thank her enough for everything that she did for us! I’m sure not many people can say their wedding was perfect, but we can!

Natalia with Days Remembered is the absolute BEST. She planned and executed our special day without a single glitch and she exceeded all our expectations. She recommended the best vendors and everything was beautiful and perfect but most importantly she kept us calm. Every single person at our wedding was so impressed with her. Best Decision I Made

I don’t even know where to start, if you’re contemplating getting a coordinate, just do it. CJ was a huge life saver and I think our wedding would’ve been as successful as it was if it hadn’t been for her. She was just so wonderful and amazing. I truly don’t think there are enough words to express my gratitude for her. The level of support and help I received throughout the entire process exceeded every expectation I had. I think just about every vendor that she recommended I ended up using and everyone was fantastic and I definitely have CJ to thank for that.

Wedding planner? Who needs a wedding planner??

As the father of the bride, I really believed that. Then we all had our first meeting with CJ and realized just how much there is to cover. A year later and with the wedding behind us, we could not have achieved what we did without CJ. At every stage, she was steering us through the appropriate details and providing options, pricing and advice - all with a smile and with the end result in mind. The wedding was a great success, exactly what we all envisioned, and perfectly within budget. The bottom line - nobody should even consider a wedding without CJ as their planner.

Best Wedding Planner - Helped us plan in 90 days!

Natalia and her company are the best of the best. During COVID & all the restrictions that came with it, my now husband (yay!) and I decided that we didn't want to wait/postpone to get married, but we also didn't want to have to cut down our list of 350 guests because everyone is so special & important to us, so with just 90 days before our wedding, we moved it from Chicago to a completely new city & state, which are unfamiliar to us - St. Petersburg, FL. That's where Natalia stepped in - she truly was fantastic to work with, especially without really knowing anything about St. Pete's.

Within just 90 days, we accomplished more with Natalia than what we had for the 9 months leading up to the previous wedding. She's thinks of every detail & timeline so that day-of, it moves smoothly and every little thing is covered! She is also very flexible to work with and easily pivots/thinks on her toes to be able to accomplish what you want while making sure to not letting it affect the rest of the day/flow.

And no matter how much you plan - there are hiccups - but Natalia handles them with such ease and grace you would have never known it. When our seating chart showed up day before our event with "2012" instead of "2021" as the date - she effortlessly redecorated it without even me knowing it so that it could work.

Our wedding was better than the one we would have had a whole year to plan. When you think about the personality/vibes you want with you on your special day - Natalia is even! She is bubbly and fun, while also commanding the respect of the group and finding a way to make sure everyone (groomsmen I'm talking about you ;)) is where they need to be and ON TIME.

If you want to be as calm as possible on your big day - book Natalia - no hesitation. All day my bridesmaids & family were telling me "how I was the calmest bride they have ever seen". Natalia is a large large part of that. Thank you for the absolute BEST DAY & WEEKEND OF OUR LIVES. We are FOREVER grateful, especially after such emotions of COVID planning.

Could not have done it without Quincey of Days Remembered

So very thankful for Quincey! She was detailed, knowledgeable, organized and so very helpful to us. Always friendly, kind and there for any questions or concerns we had and a calming voice to us when we needed it. There is no way we could have put on this wedding without her! She coordinated all vendors, the venue, the decor and the wedding party, keeping everything and everyone on schedule and flowing with ease. When we ran into an issue at the rehearsal she jumped in and found a solution within minutes.
She helped to keep me, my daughter and her wedding day as stress free as possible; handling everything professionally and going above and beyond our expectations. My daughter’s wedding and reception were beautiful and handled beautifully by Quincey!

Amazing planning company

I would like to start off by saying - I very rarely leave reviews online, however, my experience with Days Remembered was so good had to share. I had the pleasure of working with Auburn and I have nothing but great things to say! From day one, Auburn was attentive to our needs and was so organized throughout all of the planning. She had some great recommendation on various vendors. She was so quick to handle all of my questions and last minute freak outs. Natalia is Amazing!! We love her!!

Had a wedding planned for April 25th, then Coronavirus hit. Everything was shut down. Natalia went right into action and worked diligently to get all the Vendors to our next planned date. She is extremely organized, listens to exactly what you are trying to accomplish and makes sure it all happens with her upbeat attitude, I always felt that all was going to turn out perfect and it did. Her recommendations for the Vendors were fantastic. We love Natalia and I will recommend her for any occasion.

My Literal Savior!

My mother and I initially met Natalia at the Florida Aquarium Wedding Showcase, where we chatted for a *very* long time about wedding horror stories and how she handled them (which is a good thing--my mother was VERY impressed). We booked a "Day of" coordinator literally that night on the way home!

We were paired, by sheer dumb luck, with CJ Inzirillo, who happened to go to the same High School as my husband, which just made everything that much better! Don't let the "Day Of" coordinator title fool you. This woman did EVERYTHING to keep me on track and I am not an organized person by any standard of definition. She was in constant communication with me, even when I wasn't, and recommended some amazing vendors (I'm still obsessed with my florist) and was just wonderful to work with. CJ kept up with my parents' changing demands, even allowing changes to our timeline literally 2 days beforehand. She sent me lists to help keep me on track on what I needed to get done and who I needed to contact. She even kept in communication with my venue, the Florida Aquarium, to get free twinkle lights added to my ceiling drapery since the next night's bride wanted it and OOOOOOOOH THAT WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE PARTS!!! She's also so hands in!! She was ready to decorate my cake with the ordered flowers (liability prevented the baker from doing it--understandable) and even helped the Florida Aquarium team decorate the tables and last minute thought of an idea to decorate the bridal table cause I did not think of that at ALL. Absolutely beautiful and creative touch to her service.

I 100% would NOT have had the wedding that was the literal definition of my Dream Wedding (even with my broken foot!!) if it hadn't been for CJ. She clearly takes a personal caring touch in everything she does. She's a happy person with a heart that is truly in a perfect position as a wedding coordinator (my husband's words after seeing her work). We're both seriously and wonderfully blown away with CJ and the Days Remembered team.

It is DEFINITELY a Friday the 13th we'll remember. :) Thank you CJ for EVERYTHING!!! (And I'm still so so sorry for any amount of hair lost due to me!)

Couldnt Have done it without them!

We are a couple from Alaska that was trying to plan a Florida Destination wedding. If we hadn't found Days Remembered in our first few months of planning I don't know what I would have done! We got to work with CJ for almost a year and she more amazing that we could have ever imagined! From helping find the right vendors (as we didn't know much about the area), working with us at weird hours of the day because of our huge time difference, making my decoration vision come to life, and just really honestly being there for us whenever we needed! She was always a phone call or text away and always had the right answers.
So much fun to work with and made me as the bride so confident in how the wedding would go I barely had any nerves or concerns, or when I did she always had the perfect solution! Down to the very last minute of reception even into clean up, CJ was there for us every second of the way. I really could just keep going on and on, but truthfully just CHOOSE THEM if you are looking for a planner in this area, they will exceed all your expectations and make your big day as beautiful as something out of a fairy tale!

Best Decision I made for my wedding

Hiring this company was the best decision I ever made for our wedding. My husband and I live in New York and got married in Clearwater. I hired Days Remembered to help with the distance and planning from afar and I’m so happy I did! First off, Natalie was amazing when I approached her about hiring a planner. She is so friendly and understanding of every brides situation. She assigned me the wedding planner, Quincey and I personally believe I hit the jackpot! Quincey was incredible from start to finish. She was so attentive, organized, calm and focused. I can honestly say I felt zero stress while planning my wedding and when I felt maybe an ounce of it, she was right there to ease my mind. The weekend of the wedding she was on point and not only took care of me and my husband, but of our family, bridal party and guests. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND a day of coordinator/wedding planner and I 100% recommend this company. Their prices are so fair for what they offer and they truly went above and beyond. Initially, I thought utilizing a wedding planner was a complete waste of money, however we decided to go with Days Remembered and was assigned CJ. CJ was easily worth twice her weight in gold and ended up being the best spent money of the wedding budget. From start to finish, she was the guiding hand we needed. She was very quick to respond to every inquiry and assisted with vendor contracts and payments. When it came to the day of the wedding, she had the event running like a well oiled machine. The amount of work she does behind the curtain was astronomical. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. 10/10 would recommend.

Above and beyond! Cj is amazing!

If you are looking for an amazing wedding planning service, look no further because Days Remembered by ND will not disappoint. I got married at the Don Cesar and they required a day of coordinator and provided a list of many companies. I researched my options and reached out to at least three companies. Natalia, the owner, is the person I spoke to initially. After a pleasant conversation and deciding I was going to select them, she said she was going to assign me with CJ. I live in Maryland, so I relied on trust and good vibes when picking a lot of my vendors. I cannot be more thankful to have been assigned CJ for my day of coordination. She did so much more than day of coordinate. She spoke with me every month and kept track of our details sheet to make sure we were staying on track with our time line of hiring vendors and everything involved when planning a wedding. She gave genuine advice and really listened to what was said during our conversations to interpret and remind me of what were the most important things for our wedding. Our communication was excellent and I never felt pressured or annoyed with her. I actually looked forward to our future conversations. CJ is so sweet, real, and professional… I view her as my virtual bridesmaid and could not have survived the stress of wedding planning with out her. She was a major piece to the success of our wedding. I can tell she was a part of a great team and I have faith that everyone at Days Remembered by ND will be great for helping plan your wedding.

So Grateful for Quincey and Her Team!

Days Remembered by ND was part of our wedding package at the Florida Aquarium. Shortly after paying for our deposit at the aquarium, we received an email from Natalia letting us know we would be assigned a coordinator. Our assigned coordinator was Quincey, and we could not thank her enough for her dedicated service, professionalism, positive attitude, and for going above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of to create the wedding of our dreams! Quincey definitely lifted a lot of the stress I was feeling the week before the wedding up until my wedding day itself and I am thankful for the amazing, open communication we had throughout my wedding planning journey. I appreciated that Quincey stopped by my hotel the day of the wedding when my bridesmaids and myself were having our hair and makeup done just to check-in with us and see how we were doing. We received many compliments from our family and friends on how smoothly our wedding day flowed and we want to thank Quincey for ensuring our vision came to life. The wedding check-list helped ensure none of the tiniest details were missed and I appreciated that Quincey would schedule evening phone calls with me to review the detail sheet and answer any questions I had. We also paid a small fee to have Quincey conduct our wedding rehearsal. She was very flexible and met us at the hotel to run our rehearsal. I also appreciated the option to extend her contract to the end of the evening to help clean up after the ceremony- we did not have to worry about anything as she coordinated with my dad to load our personal belongings into his vehicle at the end of the night! We are so thankful for the exceptional service and would highly recommend Quincey and her team!

3 month engagement

So i tried planning a wedding in 3 months all by myself. Then, when i finally nailed down the reception venue only 35 days before my wedding date, i realized I had taken on way too much! That's when Quincey came into the picture. She planned and organized everything that I had botched or forgotten about, and pulled together an elegant and fun wedding reception for me in 30 days! CJ from Days Remembered

CJ was amazing, from start to finish! We had to plan a destination wedding at the Florida Aquarium and we were not able to meet in person until the night of the rehearsal, so all of our communication was via phone or video chat.
She was so good at calming me down and communicating with vendors when I was either too busy or had a difficult time. She really stepped up when I had to replace a DJ the week of the wedding!
I am not a planner, by any means, and she was a huge help during the whole process. It wouldn't have been the same without her =]

Natalia is wonderful!

I truly mean it, Hiring Natalia and her staff was one of the best decisions I made. She worked with us for my son and daughter in law’s wedding at the Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater Beach on April 27, 2019. She made sure everything was perfect. Her suggestions were spot on and her work ethnic is impeccable. We could not have put this wedding together without her. You will fall in love with her as I did. We hired Days remembered by nd and had Quinsey as our party planner for our daughters wedding at the DonCesar. Our first visit with Quinsey we knew immediately we were in good hands. She was so reassuring and professional and gave me a sense of calm. The pressure and nerves we had felt before was now gone and Quincey kept us up to date regularly on every step of the way. The day of the wedding went so smooth for us and we were able to enjoy without any worries. We were very blessed to have Quincey who worked so hard behind the scene but at same time there for us whenever we needed her. She decorated the room so beautifully and managed all vendors with such ease. Really just so amazed with all she did!! We would 100% recommend Days remembered and especially Quincey to make anyone' wedding day spectacular.

I wasn’t even sure a business like this existed, but I’m so very thankful for Natalia and her team. I chose a package that worked for our budget, which included day of event coordination and set-up/break-down. This kept the day/evening very stress free and hands-off. Leading up to our wedding day, I was in contact with Natalia and Aly Sobo, my coordinator. We had several meetings throughout the year leading up to the wedding day, which made me feel confident in the planning process. Hiring Days Remembered by ND (and Auburn) was the best decision we made in planning our daughter's wedding. Auburn’s communications with me and my daughter throughout the year was exceptional. Her suggestions from the very beginning for the vendors and the timeline was very much appreciated. Those vendors in our opinion were the best around. Her suggestions for the florist (2Birds Events) resulted in THE MOST beautiful decor--beyond what we could've imagined! Best of all was that the day of the wedding I could just be "in the moment" and totally enjoy every aspect of that beautiful day, not worrying about a thing. Auburn ensured that everything ran flawlessly--it really was a perfect day. On top of all that, Auburn is just a lovely person to meet with and work with; she is a good listener, efficient, responsive, creative, dependable, and cheerful. We loved working with her! I worked with Auburn and she was awesome - professional, informative and kind even with my mother's and my 100 emails. The day went very smoothly and we could not have done it without her - she sent reminders of what to do alone the way and was in contact with all of the vendors without us having to reach out individually. On our first meeting, I really liked that both Natalia and CJ attended to do intros and go over our wedding vision/details. Thereafter, we worked with CJ and she was amazing! She was very responsive and detailed oriented which is crucial during wedding planning. She helped us create a timeline and coordinate vendors. On our wedding day, she made sure everything flawless and going according to our plan. Make sure to get her for at least Day of coordination. St. Pete Beach Wedding

Working with Natalia was so fun and great! From the first time we spoke over the phone, she immediately understood what I wanted for my wedding and did everything to make it possible. She had amazing ideas and suggestions without ever being pushy. She made the whole planning process so seamless. It was so great having her there the day of my wedding. She took care of everything so I could actually relax and enjoy myself. Everything I asked for and wanted she said, "of course!" (and with a smile on her face). She was always calm and kind, even when I was nervous and stressed on the day of the wedding, which really helped to make me feel better and more at ease. I was initially hesitant about hiring a day-of coordinator because I thought I could do it all on my own, but I can't imagine having a wedding without Natalia! Hire Them - You Will Thank Yourself Later!!

Natalia and her team were a dream to work with. I can't imagine what the wedding process would have been like without being able to ask them all of the questions, have their vendor relationships, and so on. The execution was 1,000% better than it would've been without their efforts. We were blessed with Quincey from the team to be with us on the day-of. Everyone from our bridal party to our parents to the guests commented on how sweet and on top of things she was. Just couldn't have asked for a better wedding experience and we truly have them to thank.

Well Worth It

To be honest, I was a little skeptical at first about using a Day-Of Coordinator. We worked with Brynn for our wedding of 140 people in St. Petersburg. It was absolutely worth the money! Brynn was there to help with the timelines and contacting the vendors and making sure they were where they needed to be while we were getting ready. She was able to command the rowdy bridal party and made sure my wife and I got food and drinks. She helped clean our heirlooms/possessions while we took photos and mingled. I thought we would be able to do it alone and was so happy I was wrong and my wife convinced me that a coordinator was necessary. Brynn was great to work with and would absolutely recommend!

Stress Reliever!

We had this vendor as our day planner and they come in and took over, taking all the worries and stress away from you for your big day. We had several last minute things pop up (decorations, etc.) but it didn't matter, they just took them and handled it with ease. We also had a large bridal party (which at times was like herding cats) but our day planner kept everyone on track and on time. She checked on us several times during the day and night to see if everything was going well. We had a great experience with our day planner and would highly recommend using this vendor.

My daughter didn't have a wedding party, no maid of honor to run things, being the MOTB I planned everything and there is absolutely no way I could have done it without Auburn. She kept me sane, she kept me organized, she kept me knowledgeable (having never planned a wedding before). She was so professional, had all the answers, ALWAYS responded immediately, kept everything organized. We had a small wedding at the Florida aquarium in Tampa and it turned out flawless and I credit Auburn and towards the end of the planning stages CJ stepped in to assist Auburn as well, so between those two ladies that night couldn't have turned out any better!! Thank you Auburn and CJ with helping me pull off a wedding event I never dreamed I could do. I'm forever grateful.

Best wedding planner group to work with. Natalia the owner is the sweetest person you could ever meet. She has trained an insanely talented team to work with. Auburn was my lead planner. I was planning my wedding from a different state, but with the help of Auburn, my stress levels were very minimal. She was beyond helpful, organized, and friendly. Brynn was her assistant for the actual wedding day and she was great as well. *** Natalia the owner also works with her husband Brett on the decor and flower side, Daycor. We used them for decor and flower and everything ended up more beautiful than I could have ever wanted. This whole group is great and I would recommend anyone in the Tampa Bay area to use these two teams for their future weddings or really any other party!

Natalia with Days Remembered was an absolute blessing to our wedding day. We got married last Apri 21 at The Postcard Inn and she was our saving grace in so many ways before and after the wedding. From the first moment we met she was SO sweet and made us feel so comfortable and confident that we made the right decision in choosing her to help with our wedding day. I knew nothing about planning a wedding and all the tiny details involved, so if it was not for Natalia I would have been clueless!! We hired her for a day of coordinator but she was so much more than just day of! Not only did she keep me on track every step of the way with planning, fill me in on things that I needed to plan that I had no idea about but even on wedding day when things went wrong, she was running to the rescue to help me! No matter how off track or behind in planning I got she was always reassuring me that I had plenty of time and helping me to relax and get back on track.I had an unfortunate accident with getting lipstick on my white dress, not only once, but twice, before the wedding even started. She was there in minutes to help me and keep me calm. The decor and timing of everything day of was perfect and went off without a hitch thanks to her. I am SO thankful for getting to meet her and have her to help me every step of the way with my wedding and we love her so much!! It would not have been the perfect day it was without her! Natalia and her staff are amazing! I got married at the Florida aquarium, and we signed our contract before her services were added to the packages. I contacted her and she took me on with no problem. From the start, Natalia was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. With a modest budget, she did not pressure me to go with any of her preferred vendors. She remained helpful and kept me on my schedule.

When I got closer to the wedding, we had a meeting in person to go over every detail. There I was introduced to Amy, who would be the main person handling my wedding day. During the meeting I became very comfortable with Amy, and she assured me she would do her best to make my wedding day perfect. After the meeting, she organized all my vendors, made timelines, and made sure I had everything I needed. We had a phone meeting to go over everything. They are very efficient.

I was a DIY bride and Amy had no problem setting up all of my decor exactly how I wanted it. She kept in contact all weekend making sure I was okay. Everything was executed perfectly. My wedding turned out beautiful.

Natalia and her staff are really top notch. On my wedding day, they had other weddings going on at the same venue, and you would not even know it. Everything was like clockwork. I do not regret hiring them at all and I would say it is a must. They really put their all into each client whether your a high end client or a modest bride like me. Without them, I don't think my wedding day would have felt as stress free as it did! I am so happy I hired them. My only regret is I do not have any pictures with them!

I don't think my wedding would have happened without Natalia and Auburn! We met with Natalia early in the planning, over a year out. As we got closer, Auburn took over and sent detailed sheets, was available via email and text message, and just went above and beyond! Our venue was terrible about communication and multiple times Auburn came to the rescue!! Everything ran so smoothly, I didn't have to stress, and can't rave enough about having this team on my special day!

Incredible wedding planner, from beginning to end. We live in Virginia but wanted a wedding in Tampa, and she did an incredible job helping us coordinate everything from a distance, without even having to travel down there ahead of time. She was extremely responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She had excellent recommendations for hotel and wedding site venues, reception venues, wedding cake designers, decorators, and photographers/videographers. Walked us through every step of the process, minimizing any fuss, but being very receptive to our needs and requests. Was also present throughout day of event, and fully involved every step of the way. Couldnt ask for anything more in a wedding planner!

Auburn May made the entire day feel seemless. Her monthly checklists, check-ins with my husband and I, and her communication with all of my vendors made everything so enjoyable, easy, and perfect. She was friendly, upbeat, and so much fun to work with!! The day of our wedding, it rained all day, and within minutes she and our reception venue were able to work out a plan B for our outdoor cocktail hour. Natalia was absolutely amazing to work with! She made planning our wedding out of state a total breeze. Every vendor she recommended was wonderful, and the end result surpassed all of our expectations. It was an ABSOLUTE pleasure working with Natalia leading up to our wedding day. She was our lead day of coordinator and she couldn't have been more fabulous! Natalia went so above and beyond to ensure everything on the day of our wedding was absolutely perfect. She attended our tasting, offered advice whenever we had a question/concern, and kept track of every little detail for the day. Natalia was not only our day of coordinator but also like a friend that we knew we could count on. She is a HUGE part of why our wedding day went so flawlessly. I was able to relax and completely enjoy the big day knowing we were in amazing hands. It was such a blast working with her and can't recommend her enough!!!

Natalia went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was stress free, beautiful and executed perfectly! Planning a Florida wedding from Eastern Canada was daunting but she made the process so much easier for us - every single vendor recommendation was excellent, and everything went off without a hitch. So many guests commented on how on the ball she was, and we just got to relax and dance the night away because she was so on top of it! She rolled with the punches and handled all the details, in addition to setting up my DIY decor beautifully. She gave us the wedding that we had envisioned - we really can't recommend her enough!

I was so lucky to have found Days Remembered for our wedding !!! They are so totally awesome !!! Jill was available to me at all times even though I only took advantage of their set up/breakdown package. Natalia is so sweet and her positive energy is contagious. Natalia and her team were amazing to work with and were so helpful every step of the way! Auburn May absolutely KILLED IT with our wedding!!!! Seriously, if you're like my wife and I, you may be doubting the need for a coordinator, but trust me, Auburn was worth every penny. She thinks of details that you'd never think of until it's too late-- just be ready to invest the time on the front end so she can fully understand your needs and vision. She has an amazing mind for details and does a wonderful job corralling the cats when the moment arrives. We planned our wedding from out of state, and now that it's passed, I'm so glad we decided on Auburn to help us! Everything went exactly according to plan... again, money well spent.

Natalia works very hard to please her clients. She is SO knowledgeable about venues, vendors and the intricacies of putting on a wedding. Her assistance (regardless of how involved she is in your wedding planning) greatly reduces the stress level of the individual getting married. She is also great with the little details that you don't think of like prop placement and is very flexible with last minute changes. She also communicates brilliantly with all the vendors and was there to delegate on the day of the wedding. She is amazing and I will recommend her to anyone who plans on getting married in the Tampa/Orlando area.

Jen Burns was seriously the best! She was the coordinator assigned to help the day of our wedding but she did SO much more--I was able to text, email, call etc whenever I needed to get advice or help with vendors. And she kept me calm, cool and running smoothly the entire day of....even stepping in for me and making things happen when another vendor was dropping the ball. I would HIGHLY recommend Days Remembered by ND!

Oh, what can you say about Natalia that someone has not already said... How about phenomenal! She was my day of coordinator and everything went smoothly! I forgot the boutonniere pins and she swung by the store on her way to the reception venue and grabbed some! That was prob the worst thing to happen all day (at least the worst thing I knew about, lol)! The reception looked amazing! She did everything just right. All I left her was some instructions on paper and she knew exactly what to do! She coordinated with all the vendors, which saved me so much time, headache and stress. I could not have dreamed up a better person to handling the biggest day of our lives! There is no question that you need to hire her, the sooner the better!

If you don't hire Natalia you are absolutely insane and might as well not get married. We had our wedding at Postcard Inn who frequently works with Natalia and hired her as our day of coordinator. The best part was even though she was a mom with a business every single time I contacted her I heard back within the hour. We were planning our wedding from Brooklyn and she was kind enough to accept any packages with decor anytime before the wedding making my job way easier. She gave us recommendations for other vendors: hair and makeup, flowers, etc. I made sure to compare her recommendations with vendors I found here. Her vendors won, hands down, every time. Not only is she professional and has her shit together but she is an absolute sweetheart. When the reception was over she said it was time for her to go and I just plain didn't want her to leave because she is that amazing. Our wedding was perfectly on time and any small hiccups that occurred she didn't have a hand in. She is a true gem.

Natalia was THE BEST. I honestly don't know how we'd handle organizing everything for the wedding without her. Despite having a small intimate wedding, there were still enough details during the day that would have probably had my head spinning had I not hired Natalia to coordinate my wedding. She was *always* on top of her emails and has the sweetest personality. My family and I loved her!

Jessie Soplinski with Days Remembered by ND was a pleasure to work with! I hired her as my day-of coordinator and we started the turn-over process about a month before the wedding. She had great communication with me throughout the whole process and took care of everything the day of. On our wedding day, she kept all the vendors and myself and my groom on schedule. She was always around when I needed her, so easy to work with and made the wedding so much more enjoyable for myself, my new hubby and my family! Jen Burns was hired as the Day-of Coordinator for our wedding, but she far exceeded that title. Not only was she quick to respond to my numerous emails, phone calls, and texts over the 6-8 months of planning, but she also responded when my husband and mother in law reached out to her. Natalia Day is an absolute joy, and Days Remembered by ND is a company with coordinators of the highest caliber. They are professional, friendly, responsive, timely, patient, and they made our day the most wonderful and perfect day of our lives. I genuinely do not know what we would have done without Jen Burns! We used the Day of Coordinator and Jen Burns was awesome!! We wish we had hired her earlier in the process, it would have alleviated some of our stress. Amazing job well done! First & only time bride I had no clue were to start. Especially being a bride planning a destination wedding. Days Remembered was on my preferred vendor list through the Postcard Inn. So I sent them an email to see what they offered. I received an email back no later then the next day with everything spelled out for me and all the options they offered along with pricing ( loved when I don't have to send a follow up email to ask more questions ). So I found the packaged I needed and sent an email back to get the process started. They immediately sent an email with who I would be working with and telling me she would be reaching out to me within the next couple days but in the mean time to start working on this detail list of everything that a wedding usually is all about ( let's just say awesome idea & it helped tremendously ).
So Auburn reached out to me via email to set up a Skype call! Loved that idea even more! Let's just say it was great to talk to someone face to face when you live in another state planning a wedding 1,000 miles away! Auburn answered all my questions and had helpful questions for me too! Even when I didn't even know what a charger was, it's a decorative plate, who would of known that.
After out initial call and the many months leading up to the big day she always was there. She was always check in via email to make sure I was doing okay and to help me along for with any issues. The time she put in just helping me I don't think a thank you card would be enough!
I could literally go on and on praising and thanking her! But seriously Days Remembered has an amazing employee!

Days Remembered by ND put our minds at ease on our wedding day, as well as the days/weeks/months leading up. Our day-of coordinator, Auburn, was punctual, polite, organized, and most importantly, easily reachable. Her correspondence via emails, texts, and phone calls were just the right amount to relieve our stress as the big day approached. Inquiries were answered in a timely and knowledgeable fashion. Auburn's handling of agenda scheduling and vendor coordination displayed confidence and experience. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and timeliness was warmly appreciated. Natalia Day understood, from day one, how important this Bar Mitzvah was to our family, and from the time she had our party in her hands, she was in command. We got timelines, deadlines, and so much support along the way that took a ton of stress off our plates. I had no idea where to look for vendors, but Natalia guided us to the best team to carry out a beautiful event.
The day was all about our son, and Natalia never lost sight of that in our dozens of decisions and especially, ultimately, on the weekend of the events. Natalia is a part of the family now. :)
