By appointment. I have a retail Pastry Shop that requires me to make special appointments outside the time of my production schedule.

By the slice for tiered cakes, and per each for cupcakes.

Yes.

Local farm fresh eggs, fresh fruit (local when in season)
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
I start 2-3 days before the wedding day, depending on the size and type of cake.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
I can only prepare 2-3 wedding cakes in a weekend due to time constraints. I will not over book and drop cakes to be left out sitting
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
Absolutely! I prefer to have the flowers delivered to my shop the day before so I can prepare the arrangement and garnish the cake myself. As a cake designer, I feel it is my responsibility to decorate my own cake. Exceptions can be made for special circumstances.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
Cake stands, cutters and hardware. These all require a refundable deposit.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
I deliver and set up all of my wedding cake creations. They are pre-chilled, and set up on location where the finishing touches are applied.
This is to insure the cake will be in perfect condition, and not left out too long before the event. It is a health code violation to leave fresh food sitting out all day. I would never do it, and it is not worth the risk of an accident happening before the wedding even gets started! My reputation depends on customer satisfaction!
Delivery is $25 within 10 miles. Additional charges are based on mileage and time.
