Antoine and Mary Jo were amazing to work with. The make the most amazing treats, cake, and pastries! There breads and quiches are also fantastic! how do I know this? Because when we went in for a tasting they sent us home with yummy goodies as a thank you. We wanted pastries for guests to eat and take home as our favors and they made the most delicious variety which included gluten free options that were equally as delicious! They also made a beautiful and tasty cake which altho my husband and I do not really like cake, ended up eating piece. Mary Jo also lent us her platters and cake stand out of the kindness of her heart. Lastly, they give you the option of making a small version of your wedding cake to freeze for your first year anniversary or give you a gift card to come back and pick out what you’d like in equal value of the cake. 10/10 recommend.l for your wedding or if you are ever in Windham NY just go in for some food, you won’t regret it!

Everything made at this bakery is fantastic. The cake was beautiful and delicious. The pastries and quiches we ordered to eat while we were getting ready were amazing as well.

Next time we are in the area, we will be sure to stop by LaPatisserie Normandie, not just for nostalgia's sake to relieve a piece of our wedding, but because the deserts were genuinely fantastic. Antoine does premium stuff, and is a real professional. We didn't do a wedding cake, and deferred to Antoine to put together a "buffet" style selection of deserts. He did an incredible assessment of cookies, cakes and pies. You won't regret using LaPatisserie Normandie.

We had 300 cupcakes (two separate flavors) and a small cake just for cutting. The cupcakes were delicious that all of our guests keep asking where we got them from. Antoine and Maryjo were so great to work with when we went to do a tasting with them. They even made a separate batch of gluten free cupcakes of the same flavors for two of our important guests. Flavors and overall quality were amazing.Worth every penny. We plan to get treats from them every year as part of our anniversary.

Antoine was very easy to work with, a no hassle kind of guy. We wanted to do three different cupcakes for our wedding and had some ideas, but he was able to elaborate on them to make them that much more delicious (chocolate chocolate chip with mint whipped cream frosting, vanilla cupcake with raspberry filling and cream cheese frosting, lemon cupcake with lemon filling and buttercream frosting decorated with blueberries). We ordered 200 cupcakes for $500.

We had our wedding at Windham Mountain and on the day of Antoine brought them to the hall. By the time everyone arrived for the reception, they were set up beautifully. Antoine was extra accommodating in that even though his shop was closed that weekend, he made a special order of croissants for my dad who absolutely loves them.

Patisserie Normand made delicious desserts, was very easy to work with, and Antoine was very personable and accommodating.
