Louise was a dream to work with! She understood our vision perfectly and helped us decide what would would look the best. She was very accommodating of dietary needs and the cake was delicious! I loved that we were able to do multiple flavors to satisfy all of our guests.

Piece of Cake has the best tasting cake around! For our wedding, my husband and I did an almond cake with raspberry filling and it was so delicious! We had a basic idea of what we wanted the cake to look like, and Piece of Cake went above and beyond our expectations. It was really beautiful! Many of our wedding guests made comments about the cake to me later, as well.

Louise was a total pro for our wedding cake. Not only are we vegan, but we also requested the cake to resemble the colors of my wife's bouquet—something that is not easily done! But it came out wonderfully and was truly delicious. Louise also made vegan/gluten free cupcakes for our guests as well, and we received nothing but ravings about them from our guests. Louise is incredibly talented and makes some of the most delicious vegan desserts we've ever had!

I don't even know where to begin - if you are looking for a wedding cake baker look no further because Louise is the best. My husband and I chose the almond cake with butter cream frosting and a caramel whipped cream filling. We also had a second cake that was chocolate with raspberry filling. These cakes were INSANELY good. The guests at the wedding loved them and multiple people told me afterward that they stole unattended pieces off other people's tables (it's really that good)! We had quite a bit left over because we ordered some extra but it was all gone by Monday morning because we couldn't stop eating it - and my wedding was Saturday night!

The cakes were perfect and Louise was awesome to work with. Highly highly recommend.

I had used Louise and Piece of Cake Bakery and Cafe for birthday cakes in the past and was always pleased. So when it came to our wedding cake without a doubt I went to her. We had a Gatsby themed wedding and I sat down with her to discuss a vision I had in my mind. As I was describing what I was thinking, she began sketching on a piece of paper. When I looked down, what was on the paper was exactly what was inside my head. It was amazing. During our wedding I had turned around and saw her creation! I could not believe it. It was amazing and beautiful !! People are still talking about our cake and were literally asking for seconds! Piece of Cake bakery is a vendor that works closely with the venue that we booked with, The State Room. The cake we had at our food tasting at the State Room was from Piece of Cake Bakery and we loved it, it was delicious! We knew we wanted to use this bakery for our wedding day cupcakes. We booked a tasting and my husband and I went together and sampled different flavors of cake, frostings and fillings. Prior to our visit, the associate allowed us to choose 5 different cake flavors that we wanted to try and she paired their best frostings and fillings for the day of the tasting. We ended up choosing 3 different cupcake flavors and a different flavor for our 6 inch cutting cake to have the best variety. We were able to describe how we wanted the presentation and final products to look. We were very pleased with our choices.

We used Piece Of Cake Bakery through our wedding venue, Birth Hill Catering, and were absolutely amazed by the cake quality. Our sit down at the bakery was wonderful and they were so attentive to the ideas we had for the design, incorporating three different magazine photos into the perfect cake.

The flavors are unreal. We took one bite out of the vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and was sold. My husband, who doesn't really like cake, could not stop raving about the flavor. All of our guests were amazed about well good it tasted. Simple, fresh and perfect. Many guests told us that they had several pieces and that it was the best cake they had ever had at a wedding!

Cannot wait for our anniversary cake next year! We honestly want to take the 2 hour drive north just to go to the bakery and relive how amazing their cakes are.
