Jeff was amazing to work with throughout our engagement, wedding day, and beyond! He accommodated our requests and traveled to Raleigh for our engagement shoot and Elkin for our venue to do my bridal shoot and our big day. We had a phone interview with him, where he thoroughly explained his process, and a typical day-of plan, and answered all of our questions. For all the shoots, he was sure to include our ideas. He was always on time and communicated well with us and our coordinator, and he and his assistant were both very professional and prepared. After the wedding, while we were waiting for our photos we experienced a death in the family, and Jeff sent us a few photos, within hours, that we could use at the service.
