Whenever I am in jam, I can email Custom Staffing and count on them to send me a Bartender who shows up on time and ready to work. Their service is amazing and I highly recommend them. What (if any) dietary restrictions, such as kosher, can you accommodate? We can custom design menus to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Do you offer sample tastings of your food for potential clients? Sampler plates are customized & made fresh then delivered to you for $55.00 (which will be credited back to you on your final bill for catering)

Are you also able to provide the wedding cake? Yes

If a bride decides to bring her own wedding cake, do you have a cake cutting fee? If yes, how much is the fee? Cutting cake is free.

Are you licensed to sell alcohol? If Yes, where are you licensed? We can cater the bar too

What is your corkage fee (if any) when a bride decides to bring her own alcohol? Corkage is free.

Do you provide rentals for items such as linens and flatware? We can make arrangements for rentals from our rental vendor. Separate charge for the rentals will be added to your bill.

Are you able to provide your own wait staff? Yes wait staff are included in the catering package. Bartenders are included if we cater the bar.

Additional Questions and Answers
Our menus are custom designed on an event by event basis depending on what type of food you like.
We do require a deposit prior to the event for staffing and/or catering. The link to the website for menus is provided upon request.

I really recommend booking your event as far in advance as possible so we can plan your special day for you without any stress.
My event planner will help you coordinate decorations, flowers, invitations, ceremony & provide you venue tours if you have not
selected your own venue. I recommend providing your maximum budget so we can work within your budget.
