We did not order wedding invitations in the typical way. I designed my own and then had a graphic designer put them into a printable format. I provided this printable format to the Cordially Invited owner, Chanda, who printed them for us in a high-quality thermography. The thermography is typically more expensive than flat printing (depending on where you go) but we were able to afford two-color thermography with Chanda and our suite looked awesome! We received so many compliments from our guests on the invitations, and they truly looked more expensive than they cost (mind you that we were able to do this since I designed them, bought stock in bulk to provide to Chanda, and because of the pricing Chanda gave us on high-quality thermography printing). When I started working with her, I showed her samples of friend's wedding invitation suites I had kept over the years (some that I liked and some I disliked for certain reasons- to give her an idea of what I was going after). She noticed things on them and pointed little things out to me that made me realize that she has a good eye for detail. She broke down my original "vision" into reality by explaining, for example that adding one color to the printing did not seem worth spending $x many hundred dollars more, of course if we wanted to spend that she could do because she will do what YOU want, but she has a money conscious attitude and is not just trying to get you to spend a ton of money so she suggested something different tat worked; another example was that although having a black, modern wedding invitation would be cool (and different) the product would be made in a certain manner and she showed me a sample, which made me realize that my little "vision" was not really going to look as good on paper as in my mind, etc. Ultimately, she worked with me and my "vision" before I started to design it (I was slow) and then she was able to make our printed wedding materials look AWESOME (and on a budget). I would highly recommend her! Best of all she is so nice and HONEST. Please consider using Cordially Invited. I am a real bride and I just like Chanda alot (but for good reason).
