What is the difference between you and the coordinator provided by my venue?
Our services differ because we work only for you. The coordinator at the venue, while extremely capable and professional, is there to ensure that the venue holds up their end of the contract. We are at your side to ensure all of your questions get answered, the day runs smoothly according to plans, and stays on hand for any minor or major event emergencies. Our loyalties and priorities lie with only you and your event.
What are the prices for your packages?
It would be hard for us to give you all the prices of our services, because we truly offer so many! We would love speak with you about the totality of your needs and scope of your event design/setup. Our prices are determined by the amount of service and assistance needed. You shouldn’t pay for something you don’t use-- which is why we will help you pick a package that is perfect for your needs and your event.
I really don’t think I need a coordinator. I’m good at planning and my mom (sister, best friend, aunt, etc.) can help me the day of.
We have no doubt that you are fabulous at planning your wedding! It just so happens we are fabulous at planning too! Because this is our livelihood and passion, we have the opportunity to plan many events on varying scales and budgets. This means we are always working with other vendors, negotiating services, scouting venues, and overseeing the day’s events. You can have full confidence in the experience that hiring a coordinator will bring to your planning and your event. A majority of our clients live out of town and/or work demanding full-time jobs. With the average wedding taking over 250 hours to plan, it can be hard to call around to vendors to check availability, develop a menu, organize budgets and timelines. When you enlist the help of a planner for your planning, you can rest assured that no detail is overlooked and your best interests are always at the forefront. Even if you decide to enlist the help of a day of coordinator, this leaves you and your family an opportunity to relax and enjoy the day, instead of worrying about the endless tasks and details. Besides, anyone that you invite to share in your special day should be there to enjoy it with you, not working!
