Q. Why should we use Classic Limos for our limousine service?
A. Classic Limos is not the normal "day-to-day" limousine service; we use classic and vintage limousines.

A. Classic Limos provides their famous Silver Tray Service which Includes:

Q. Why should I choose a classic limousine?
A. Pictures taken in our classic limousines are breathtaking and will be a keepsake that you will always cherish.
Q. Are you licensed as a limousine company in California?
A. Yes, we are licensed with the Public Utilities Company (PUC) with regulates limousine companies. Note: Over 75% of vintage limousine companies are not licensed to operate as a limousine company.
Q. Do you carry limousine insurance?
A. Yes, the state of California requires limousine companies to carry $750,000 in liability insurance. Our policy is for $1,500,000 in liability insurance. Note: Over 75% of vintage limousine companies do not carry the required limousine insurance!
Q. Are your chauffeurs licensed?
A. Yes, all of our drivers are enrolled in the DMV Pull Notice program. They are also randomly tested for alcohol and substance abuse.
Q. Can the vehicles be viewed prior to booking?
A. Yes, please contact us to make arrangements for viewing.
Q. What area do you service?
A. We service Orange, Los Angeles, & San Diego Counties & cover portions of Riverside, San Bernardino, & Ventura Counties. Please contact our office for details.
Q. Do you charge a minimum number of hours for your service?
A. Yes, we charge a minimum of two (2) - three (3) hours for most situations. During certain time frames, we offer a one (1) hour plan. On holidays and holiday weekends, we charge a minimum (3) hours.
Q. When does the hourly rate begin and end?
A. The hourly rate begins when we reach the pick-up point and ends when we drop you off at your final destination.
Q. What if I keep the limousine for longer than the reserved time?
A. Our normal hourly rate will apply. However, if you think you will need the vehicle for more than your reserved time, please let us know in advance so we don't book the vehicle for another service.
Q. Is the tip included?
A. There is a chauffeur's fee of 20% that will be charged to the bill.
Q. How much deposit is required.
A. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the vehicle.
Q. When is the balance of the payment due?
A. The balance is due two weeks (14 days) prior to the reserved date.
Q. How do I pay for extra, unplanned time?
A. Any extra time will be charged to your credit card.
Q. Can the vehicle be decorated?
A. Just married signs, flags, and bow, if requested, will be added by the chauffeur.

Q. Do you offer discounts for extended hourly usage?
A. Yes, after the first 5 hours, we offer a progressive discount plan.

A. Yes, we have two six (6) passenger Rolls Royce Phantom V’s. We also provide non vintage limousines such as Mini Buses, Motor Coaches, Hummer Limos, Escalade Limos, Chrysler 300 Limos, and More! We can handle all of your Limo needs.
Tips and Advice
Don’t Get “Taken for a Ride”
As the fastest growing and largest vintage limo company in California, we know what brides are looking for. Every bride wants a perfect wedding car, professional chauffeur, and elegant service details at an affordable price.
More than 75% of the vintage limo companies in California are operating without a license or valid insurance. Also, many companies will pedal a fake Rolls Royce by adding a Rolls-Royce grill to an Austin Princess. It is fraud to suggest or state that an Austin Princess is a Rolls Royce. It would be the same as someone selling you a diamond ring as a real diamond and later you discover it is a cubic zirconium!
The easiest way to verify a wedding car’s authenticity and whether or not it’s licensed or insured is to ask us to “Price Match” one of our cars to the one you’re looking at. We will do the research and show you the results.
The industry knows that most brides don’t inspect their wedding car before booking it. Many cars don’t look nearly as nice in person, as they do in photos. A vintage wedding car should always be mechanically safe and sound. It should have air conditioning that actually works. Always inspect the car and pick a company that cares more about its car collection and wedding car service, than simply generating profits from unsuspecting brides.
Being late is the number one complaint against limo companies. Only pick a company with an “On Time Guarantee”. Only pick a company that will email you in advance, the name and cell number of the driver, including the exact time he’ll be leaving for your wedding. Choose a company with a stellar reputation and an “A” rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Your final question should be for an “all inclusive” price quote. Hidden fees (or just plain phony ones) can include sales tax, refueling charges, license fees, or PUC fees. Be aware of how the company charges for overtime. Avoid those that have overtime surcharge rates or round everything to the nearest hour.
Remember, the perfect vintage wedding car service will most likely be the single biggest “hit” of your wedding.
