How do Off the Rack Bridal Gowns save brides Time, Money & Peace of Mind?

At Circle Park Bridal, you take your gown home with you that very day!  When you have possession, you eliminate all worries that your gown will arrive on time, be the right color, size or fabric.  You will not have to pay any rush order fees to ensure peace of mind.  You can schedule bridal portraits and alterations on your time schedule and you’ll have your gown with you as you shop for jewelry, shoes, bridesmaid gowns and accessories. You can work with your bakery to have the cake match the details on your gown, have your invitations or linens replicate the pattern on your dress, etc. 

We have helped lots of brides that have special ordered their gowns from other shops and their gowns didn’t arrive in time for their wedding. The week before their wedding, these brides were having to find a new gown, have it altered and deal with the stress and aggrevation it caused.  Most gowns are manufactured overseas, even gowns made by an American company.  The gowns are then shipped, by boat, to the US where they must pass through US Customs. They then are inspected by distributors and then sent to the bridal shop.  When they arrive at the bridal shop, it is there that problems such as the wrong size, fabric or color may have been ordered, are noticed.  We have helped brides that have given huge deposits on gowns or paid in full and then the bridal shop they purchased from went out of business... leaving the bride with no gown at all!

Why special order and take the risk?  Buy off the rack and know the gown is in your possession and safe!

Do I need to make an appointment?  We are so excited to have received such an overwhelming interest in Circle Park Bridal during our first year so here’s the 411 on appts:
SATURDAYS: Being that we are a small, quaint boutique, to best accommodate our brides, it is now necessary to have an appointment on SATURDAYS ONLY to try on gowns. Walk-ins are always welcome for veils and accessories but there most likely will be a wait time as our store is very busy on Saturdays and all of the veils and most accessories are upstairs. Please feel free to call ahead to get an estimated wait time, especially if you are driving from a far distance. The store is open on Saturdays from 10:00am-5:00pm

TUESDAYS-FRIDAYS: The shop is 100% walk-in. No appointments necessary. Brides are taken on a first come, first serve basis. Feel free to call ahead to see if there is a wait. The store is open Tuesdays 11-6, Wednesdays 11-6, Thursdays 11-7, Fridays 11-5.  We request that all brides wishing to try on bridal gowns should arrive one hour prior to closing to allow sufficient time to try on gowns.


Your gowns are the same styles at other shops but are so much cheaper! Are they samples or irregulars?

All of our gowns are brand new designer gowns! They are not samples or irregulars!

At most bridal shops purchase a designer's line and every girl, no matter what her size, tries on the same gown.  These gowns are often worn by the bridal store's models at fashion shows and at trunk shows.  When a bride loves a sample, she puts down a 50% deposit and a gown is ordered for her. At the end of the season, these store will have a sample sale where the gowns, which are often in pretty sad condition, are sold at the store's cost at a "sample sale". 

At Circle Park Bridal, the store actually purchases inventory, meaning, like clothing boutiques, we carry a unique assortment of gowns that we have hand selected for each size.  the gowns are in mint condition.  When the gown is purchased, the bride leaves with that gown and that gown in that size no longer is available at our store.

You will find the same designers and styles that are at Circle Park for $100 to $500 more in other bridal shops!

Do you carry bridesmaids or mothers of the bride gowns?

Sorry..our shop is all about the bride! (okay, we do have flower girl dresses, but they’re so cute, we couldn’t resist!) We don’t have in-stock bridesmaid or mother of the bride gowns, but our incredible designer can quote custom design prices. If you can imagine it, she can create it!

What’s with the mural of Circle Park and the stage in your store?

We wanted to have a great place to take a scrapbook memento for you and your family or friends that are shopping with you of this special time in your life! We commissioned Kathy Love to create the images of Circle Park so step on up and say "Groom"! We will take a picture with our camera and email it to you to remember the day you brought home your gown. 

Can I have some privacy or do you require your staff to be in the fitting room with me at all times like many shops do?

We understand modesty and basic privacy! We are available to help you with the entire dressing process in the room but find most brides can slip on a gown, they just need a little help zipping the back or tying the corset.
Whatever your comfort level.. that’s what we’re comfortable with!

How many people do you allow in your store?

We request that a bride brings no more than two other people with her when shopping. Trust us, the more you have, the more difficult it become to make a decision!

Do you allow BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle)?

YES! As long as the beverage of choice is a clear liquid (white wine or champagne, perhaps) just in case some should fall onto our carpets. Let your visit to our shop be your first Happy Hour stop!  We are the perfect place to try on gowns and start off your cocktail evening here in Addison! Note we do reserve the right to limit or refuse consumption to any group (if we believe the age is too low or the consumption is too high!)

Can I just browse through your shop and check out the styles you carry without someone breathing down my back?

You bet! We encourage you to take your time and check out the many styles we offer, at your own speed. Because we like to let our gowns "breathe" and so you can see all their fabulousity, they are not confined in plastic bags.

We ask everyone that enters the store to use the provided hand towelettes to remove oils and dirt so the gowns can remain in perfect condition. The gowns are high up off the floor to keep them from dragging... if you have any trouble reaching them, we’re happy to help!

Do you have any gowns for rent or sell consignment gowns?

No!  We believe every bride deserves to have a gown to call her own.. one without any history, weird kharma attached and without any stains!  With MANY gowns priced below $500, you can afford to have a brand new gown to call your own!

Your shop is so different for a bridal shop. Who designed it?

Thanks.  We love it, too!  People tell us daily that it is the cutest boutique in all of Dallas and we love calling it home!

Can I take pictures of the gowns I try on at your shop?
Sorry, cameras, cell phones and any other recording devices are no longer allowed to be used inside our boutique.
