In the very rare case, we do have options.

Yes, always
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Both. Our packages are by the day but we can custom tailor a package based on your wedding needs.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
On an all day wedding we usually take one short break to eat while everyone else is eating (you don't want pictures of people with food in mouths anyway).
Do you charge for travel?
Only if it's outside of central Texas.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Two weeks

Initial proofs are CD/DVD and website
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The proofs are yours with limited copyright release
