Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

Yes, through school and experience, I can photograph in any lighting situation.

Is your media preference film or digital?

Digital.

How many photographers do you work with?

I am the primary shooter and always hire a second photographer.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

I bring backup equipment in case of equipment failure.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

I have packages that range from 6 hours to full day coverage.

Do you charge for travel?

I charge travel expenses for anything outside of Southern California.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

4-6 weeks after the wedding day.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Online format.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

Online proofing expires six months after the event.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

I retain all copyrights, client is granted reproduction rights.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

I do, but if a client would rather not have an image posted online, I will honor their request.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

A proof CD is included in all packages.

Will images be available for viewing online?

An online slideshow, proofing and images for email/facebook/myspace are made available after the wedding day.

When will the client get the final album?

6-8 months after the wedding day.
