I have featured some of his photography on my wedding blogs http://lovingunity.blogspot.com and also http://tampabayareaweddings.blogspot.com
Roger is wonderful to work with, he truly captures the day and those memories that you will hold so very dear. He is a true artist.

CCS photography is always superior, their timeliness and service excellent. It is not enough to be good photographers; one must be a good wedding photographer and a good person with excellent personality. CCS professionals fit the bill perfectly. We enjoy working with CCS and our clients do too. John Melchinger - A Perfect Witness wedding officiants.
What can I say about Rodger of CCS Photographer, except brilliant. His work is great and he is one of my favorite photographers.

Frequently Asked Questions for Photography
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We can do black and white, sepia toning and a combination of black and white with color. We also can do a number of soft focus effects in addition to other amazing effects.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Being wedding photographers, we have experience with all kinds of lighting, because as a wedding photographer, we don't have the luxury of being in a studio with "set lighting conditions". We deal with the light as it comes.

Is your media preference film or digital?
Yes Digital, with the cameras being as good as they are these days, you cannot tell the difference between film and digital.

How many photographers do you work with?
Up to 4.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
The first person to book is the one that gets the main photographer for the day. However we have 2 main photographers now, so you are getting the best either way.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Yes, we have 4 photographers so we can do up to 2 weddings per day/weekend.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Nikon, external lighting.

Yes

Do you charge hourly or full day?
We have wedding collections that include different hourly packages. We can also add on to those per hour if requested.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes. We charge $150.00 per photographer per hour overtime.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We usually take a break during dinner as we do not find our clients like getting pictures while they are eating.

Do you charge for travel?
Yes if it is 50 miles our of our area.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Depending on how busy we are, between 1 week and 6 weeks.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?
All of our images are high resolution .jpg's given to you on DVD with shared copyrights.

How long can the client keep the proofs?
Forever.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
We share the copyrights. Technically, when a photographer takes the picture, they own the copyrights to that picture. However we give you a letter stating that we share the copyrights which means that you can get your own reprints done and we can still use them for website/advertising purposes.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
We offer to do it, however because we share the copyrights, you can publish them too.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes. Full size high resolution on DVD.

Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes tipically for 3 months, if they would like to get some printed by our professional lab, they can order them as well.

What kind of albums do you offer?
Flush mount albums.

When will the client get the final album?
Usually 2-3 weeks after you pic the pictures and the album proof is accepted by you.

Tips and Advice
With the influx of photographers in the industry, due to the affordability of digital cameras.  We always suggest that you research your photographer before choosing one.  Make sure that it is not  a "weekend job" for the photographer would be a good first thing to ask.  Also, we suggest that you find out what associations they belong to and how many weddings they have done.  The associations are in the industry to "up" the scale of photography.  Also, ask for references.  One last piece of advice.  If you really like a particular vendor whether it be photography and/or any other vendor in the industry.  Put a deposit down.  I have had so many brides really want to use certain vendors and then are so disappointed when that vendor has been booked already for their date.
