One to four depending on the package.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, once a retainer is paid for a date we reserve that date for you. We do not double book dates.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Generally No, we try to only book one event per weekend. We never book to events on the same day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, we have several photographers to call if there is an emergency. We will always take care of our clients.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Equipment varies by the requirements of each event.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, we alway have a backup for each pice of equipment.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We have packages, but will work with each client if there are special needs.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Overtime is billed at $150 hr per photographer.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We are their to capture the days events, so we don't just take break. We rest between active or during dinner.
Do you charge for travel?
Depends on distance and cost.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Normal 3 - 5 business days.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
We provide free on-line image review and ordering.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
On-line proofs are available for 3 months.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes. We issues each client a print license per the size of print included in their package.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes. Each package include a copy of the digital files from the event.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We have several different type of albums that will complement most budgets.
When will the client get the final album?
Three to four weeks from the time the order is placed.
