By always picturing the event “on stage”, Carried Away Events can "choreograph" the perfect elements of your event- along with appropriate timing. Detailed timelines are created for each even to ensure a good flow for every event. Whether you are interested in day-of coordination for your Wedding Day, or full theme development and vendor referals, we are excited to start waving our magic wand to put your fairy tale into motion!  

There is an Immense detail and thought are injected into each event, whether it's the monogram, table names, the way the napkin in folded, or even a surprise introduction slideshow- our goal is to make your wedding more than you imagined! We want your guests to keep making the rounds around the room, continuously discovering new elements that tie in the personalities and interests of the Bride and Groom!

Where do I start...I've known Carrie for around four years now. Her attention to detail is one of a kind. I always enjoy working with Carrie because she is on top of all details. Her organization skills are wonderful are very helpful to those of us working with her. The thing that I admire the most is that all of this comes very natural to Carrie...without much effort these amazing thoughts on how cakes, events, and all details should look like come to her and she can paint you a detailed mental picture of how everything is going to end up looking like. The best thing is that it all comes together at the end like it was meant for all those elements to be part of your event. It is hard for me to explain how she does it. After knowing her for so long all I can say is that event coordinating comes natural to her and she certainly knows how to make it happen. She is a GREAT listener and does a SUPERB job at working with her couples. Because she is too extremely resourceful, she will definitely accomplish your dream event and will go beyond your expectations. It is always a pleasure for me to be part of her events.

What makes a Wedding come together is when the couple takes the time to add a piece of themselves. In the whirlwind of planning a wedding, taking some time to think about what the Mr. and the future Mrs. like and enjoy can spur great creativity and memories! Incorporate your photo albums by naming you tables after places you have been together- and add a picture from that place. Or maybe he really likes ice cream cake- but that's not really an option because it would melt- have an ice cream sundae buffet! All of those little touches reintroduces the personalities of the couple to all the guests!
