We are a full-service bridal shop, offering wedding gowns, bridesmaid and junior bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, headpieces, veils, dyeable shoes, and tuxedo rentals from top designers that are regularly featured in major publications like Brides, Modern Bride, and In Style Weddings.
Our extensive selection of bridal attire and coordinating accessories reflects the tastes of today’s bride and groom without losing sight of tradition. Mon Cheri Bridals, Jasmine Couture, and Jasmine Collection are just some of the bridal gown designers that we represent.
For the bride’s attendants, we offer designer bridesmaid and formal dresses by Dessy Collection, Alfred Sung Bridesmaids, Bill Levkoff, and After Six. The groom and his groomsmen can choose from top men’s formal wear designers like Ralph Lauren, Perry Ellis, FUBU, and Andrew Fezza, to name a few. And we haven’t forgotten the rest of the wedding party! We also carry mothers dresses from Jade by Jasmine and Landa Designs as well as Mon Cheri Flower Girls dresses for the little ones.

Who do you provide services for?

Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
Yes and no. Appointments are only required for alterations, steamings, tuxedo fittings, and any of our on-site services. You do not have to make an appointment to view dresses or select tuxedos, but we do encourage it. Setting an appointment allows us focus on your needs and to serve you better. Walk-in customers are always welcomed, but please keep in mind that customers with an appointment are served first.
What wedding dress brands do you carry at your boutique?
We carry the Dessy Sandals Destination collection, Jasmine Collection and Couture Bridal gowns, Mon Cheri Bridal and Destination Bridal gowns. We also provide custom bridal gown service.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Gown orders typically take 3 to 4 months. Brides should allow an additional 2 months for alterations after gown arrives. Bridal gown are available for purchase off the floor as well as through rush orders through our Designers. Please call for availability.
How often do you receive new dresses?
We receive new styles twice a year.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
All alterations are done on premises. Appointments are required.

Take Interstate-4 west, towards Tampa, and take exit at # 72, SR-528 (The Bee-Line) / Cape Canaveral / Titusville. Follow 528 for just under a mile and take exit # 2 for Universal Boulevard / Orangewood Boulevard. Stay in the right-hand lane and merge right, onto Orangewood Boulevard. Follow Orangewood Boulevard about 1 mile, and you will come to a light at Central Florida Parkway. You will see a Bank of America on the right-hand corner, and our shopping plaza, Williamsburg Downs, behind it. Go straight through the light and take the first right (immediately after the bank). We are located between the CVS drugstore and Blockbuster.
Take Interstate-4 east, towards Orlando, and exit at # 71, Sea World / Central Florida Parkway. At the end of the off-ramp, turn right. Follow Central Florida Parkway about 1 mile (you will pass Sea World, Discovery Cove, and International Drive). Turn right on Gateway Avenue, and that is the entrance to our shopping plaza, Williamsburg Downs. Gateway Avenue is the first light after International Drive and you will see a McDonald’s on the right-hand corner. Our store is in the plaza behind the McDonald’s, between the CVS drugstore

Carolyn Allen’s is a perfect fit! We offer alteration services for the entire wedding party. Our expert seamstresses will make sure your gown fits perfectly, whether you purchased it from us or not. We can also alter bridesmaids, mothers, and flower girl dresses, as well as men’s tuxedos and suits. Custom Gowns & Veils
Having trouble finding a gown that takes your breath away? From simple elegance to the most elaborate, Carolyn Allen’s can custom design and make the gown of your dreams! We offer the finest fabrics, original designs, custom fittings, expert seamstresses, and one-on-one attention throughout the design process. In addition, we can design and make veils, bridesmaids, junior bridesmaids, and flower girl dresses to coordinate perfectly with your gown. Gown Steaming
Don’t let a wrinkled gown ruin your precious wedding pictures! Carolyn Allen’s offers steaming and pressing services for your entire wedding party. Steamings can be done in our shop or your hotel, and we can steam or press veils, bridesmaids dresses, tuxedos, and any other additional garments, too. In addition, all steamings and pressings are done by a professional bridal seamstress with expert knowledge of fabrics, laces, and their proper treatment.
Gown Cleaning & Preservation
Why invest so much time and money in your gown, only to let it hang in your closet after the wedding? Without proper care and storage stains will set and your gown will eventually yellow as it ages. Carolyn Allen’s is proud to offer gown cleaning and preservation services by Wedding Gown Preservation Co. , one of the most respected names in the industry. This process includes the thorough cleaning of your gown, as well as preservation and display in a viewing box, and shipping back to your home. Other mementos of your important day, such as your headpiece, veil, garter, or an invitation, may be included as well. For our out-of-town brides, pick up from your hotel is included with this service at no extra charge (What a convenient alternative to carrying your gown home!).
Tuxedo Rentals
Traveling to Orlando for a formal event? If you rent from a local store you may have to expensive pay late fees if you do not return your tuxedo the day after your event. Carolyn Allen’s offers an extensive selection of formal wear for men and boys. We have the latest styles of tuxedos and accessories available in a wide range of sizes, and our warehouse is only minutes away.
