Shane was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. He was always very responsive to my emails with questions and flexible with any changes. His staff was extremely friendly and proffesional the night of our wedding. We also really enjoyed our menu tasting experience! You're allowed to bring four people, so myself, my fiance at the time, and my parents were all able to taste a multitude of dishes. We left stuffed with boxes of leftovers knowing our catering decision was made.
