Exquisite decor. Breathtaking 25 foot floor to ceiling stone fireplace in main lobby. Club was redecorated in Spring of 2008 and offers a truly gorgeous venue for events. Terrace Room features grand staircase into room, has a working floor to ceiling fireplace in reception room and also offers an outside patio for cocktails and hors d' oeuvres as well as an elegant setting for wedding ceremoies.

Bull Valley Golf Club can provide all elements necessary for your event. Tent rental, white garden chair rental, premium linen rental, ceremony arbors or arches are also available for rental. There is no charge for all items necessary for host event - such as table, linens, chairs, flatware, glassware, dance floor - this is all included in menu pricing.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
For a plated dinner we staff one server per twenty guests.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No, however we would be happy to provide you with a list of local vendors. That have work with our experienced staff and know the facility.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
No.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Yes. We have two beautiful smaller rooms on the upper level of the club house. Perfect for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, brides room, and much more!
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No.
How many power outlets does the venue have?
All depends on the event space that is being used. More than plenty to accommodate event needs.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
Any decorations attached to the walls require prior approval from the management team.
What restrictions (if any) on photography?
Guests are welcome to use the grounds for photography - however we do not allow guests on the actual golf course or in the member only areas.

At Bull Valley we only host one wedding per evening. We understand this is a very special day for you and want to ensure that all your needs are met.
