About
Brookville Garden Estate is a family owned and operated venue for ceremonies and receptions.  Modeled after George Washington’s Mt. Vernon Estate, this establishment is nestled in the quiet forests of southern New Jersey.  Providing a quiet and intimate setting for friends and family.  The natural surroundings provide unique photo oppurtunities and will make your event one to remember.  A pool bar, pool and a spa are available for relaxation and maybe a drink or two.  There is ample room for up to 200 guests and a bridal suite is provided to get ready for that Special Day.

This is an absolutely beautiful garden setting. The indoor living room area, which is fully accessable from the french doors on the back porch is decorated to mimic the formal tradition setting of the Mt. Vernon estate.

Because everything is done as per contract pricing is very flexable.

There is a wedding planner service or you can just rent the facility
 
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Rehearsal dinners are great here. Accomodations can be inside or outside depending on the size of the party.
 
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
I may be able to provide linens, etc. However that is determined by the size of the party otherwise I have vender listings for rentals
 
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
Music is such a personal choice that we do not require that you use our music choice. If you need help I can provide many options for music
 
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
We have a bridal suite for that is available for rent
 
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Yes. that is an option
 
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
Because there is a pool we recommend that glass is not used for alcohol

Tips and Advice

We have many different style parties and we love  to try different things.  So I often ask my clients to expand their horizons and think out of the box and not be so traditional.  This is a new era where anything goes and we welcome it all ! 

First find the perfect place where you feel the most at home and then expand on the feeling you really want your guests to enjoy.
