i've been lucky enough to have photography around me for most of my life. my father was a photojournalist and writer, and i started out by carrying his (what i thought were) large film cameras while he captured events as they unfolded.

after attending art college in maryland, i moved to los angeles to start my career in photography. i was introduced to wedding photography by world famous todd johnson. he mentored me and encouraged me to create photography that focused on the individuals and how their relationship was special.

needless to say i was hooked and have enjoy every chance i get to create images that are special and meaningful. my goal isn't to take "signature" shots of your wedding to photograph it as is, but capture what makes your day special and give it back to you to cherish forever.
