We got so many compliments on how delicious the food was and multiple guests were surprised by just how good the "wedding-catered" food was. My only regret is not having more of the apps ourselves during the cocktail hour! Darcy is also amazing, she was super easy to work with and get a hold of leading up to the wedding. She was with us along the whole way and actually seemed to care about our day, not just another event or client. We absolutely loved working with her and knew catering was not something we had to stress about. Would definitely recommend!

We truly cannot say enough good things about this catering team. From start to finish, they were incredibly flexible, responsive, and genuinely wonderful to work with — which alone would’ve made them a great choice. But the food? Unreal.

We chose to do family-style service, which is more unique and definitely not the easiest format — and they absolutely crushed it. Everything came out hot, perfectly timed, and beautifully presented, all while keeping the flow of the night seamless.

Never in my life have I been to a wedding and left talking about the food… and yet almost six months later, it is still the first thing people bring up when they talk about our wedding. The lobster rolls, the sliders, the mashed potatoes, the meats — every single bite was outstanding. Nothing felt like “typical wedding food.” It was genuinely so delicious! We also opted to do an ice cream sundae bar for dessert and it was the perfect summer wedding treat!

Darcy and the rest of the staff were absolute rock stars. So professional, so kind, and totally on top of everything throughout the entire process. They made us and our guests feel genuinely taken care of.

If you’re considering them for your wedding or any event — do it. We would choose them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without hesitation.

We used Boston Catering for our wedding at Connemara House Farm in Topsfield and could not be happier with the experience! Darcy was so great to work with in the planning stages and made the process super easy. On wedding day, Bianca made sure that my husband and I were well-fed and was constantly making sure that everything was running according to plan. The tables were set beautifully. Everyone absolutely RAVED about the food and said it was the best food they've ever eaten at a wedding! The short ribs and the chicken Italiano sliders were crowd favorites, but there wasn't one thing that wasn't incredibly delicious. Definitely don't hesitate to book Boston Catering for your wedding!

Boston Catering & Events was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. Throughout the entire planning process, they were prompt, responsive, helpful, and so accommodating — especially with our many friends and family who have food allergies. They made us feel completely at ease knowing everyone would be cared for and able to enjoy the food throughout the evening.

And WOW, did people enjoy the food. We lost count of how many guests told us how delicious everything was — with the short rib being a runaway hit of the night. We loved that they embraced our vision of skipping the traditional cake and instead we offered cookies and milk for dessert (which our guests devoured).

One of the biggest highlights? The late-night Chinese food station — complete with chopsticks! It was such a fun, unexpected touch, and people loved grabbing food and bringing it right back to the dance floor. Even our DJ had chopsticks in one hand while changing tunes with the other. Perfection.

From service, to execution, to presentation, to quality — they nailed every single detail. We couldn’t be happier and truly have no notes for improvement. They made our wedding dinner unforgettable.

Darcy was just fantastic all the way through the planning process, and the catering staff gave impeccable service to not just the bride and groom but all of our guests.

Dinner was delicious, every single plated meal came out looking and tasting great. I worked in catering for a long time when I was younger, I know as well as anyone it is no easy task to have 100 plated meals out of a small kitchen, all at once - hot, looking good, and tasting good. But they did it and made it look effortless, with a very small team too! It seems they run a tight ship.

We made several last minute changes to the guest list all of which were accommodated without any trouble.

We used Boston Catering and Events for our wedding and they did not disappoint! We worked with Darcy and she helped us plan over the course of almost two years! The food was amazing and guests are still raving about it 8 months later. We were so happy we used them for our wedding, highly recommend!

We were in between two caterers, and extremely happy we went with Boston Catering. Boston Catering customer service was responsive and also great with follow up reminders when we needed it. For our tasting, they were accommodating, and thoughtful. It was personalized and we left with so much leftovers. As the wedding got closer, we had so much fun working with them, and highly recommend them for your wedding. For context, we had a wedding of just over 150 people. We had passed hors d'oeuvres during our cocktail hour, and offered a plated dinner with 3 choices (fish, steak, and vegetarian options). We included an ice cream bar, but sourced our own wedding cake (Boston Catering cut the cake for us though). Boston Catering also handled all the rentals for flatware, linens, tables, and chairs that weren't provided by our venue, and handled bar service. Our guests still tell us how good our food was, and how lovely the wedding was. We couldn't agree more.

Every detail from table setup to linens and china were perfect. The entire staff, from the chef to the bartender were fabulous! The staff was extremely friendly and professional and the food was the best ever!

We had an amazing experience working with Boston Catering and Events! We did a few tastings prior to picking a caterer and were immediately impressed by how delicious everything was with Boston Catering and Events. Darcy was so flexible with working with us to create our vision of a family style meal, get things within budget and even helped with providing decor items! Everyone loved the food at the wedding and the staff including Bianca was INCREDIBLE. One of our fav moments from the wedding was when they pulled my husband and I aside at the beginning of cocktail hour to have a private moment together to enjoy our apps before the madness of the reception began.
