Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
Blush works with brides from across the country, as well as internationally... communication is done using email, photographs, videos, etc. We use whatever is needed to communicate with our clients!
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
For products that are already made, and on sale in our online shop, we typically are able to ship within 24 hours off receiving payment!
For custom orders, we are very flexible when it comes to how quickly items are needed for our clients. Contacting us directly is the best way to find out how we can help you.
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
Typically, prior to items being shipped out to clients - photos are taken and then sent to clients for approval. A great deal of care is taken to ensure quality items, and careful shipping - and, we also offer free online tracking for all shipments. In the event of an issue concerning one of our products, we do our very best to work with clients and remedy the situation.

Bridesmaids are photographed holding their custom, vintage, and handmade gifts by Blush (GaGaVida.) Each bridesmaid received a unique design (based upon brief descriptions given by the bride) that fit each of their personalities, individual styles, etc. We were able to find identical, vintage, clutch purses in gold (as the bride requested) - and, we then customized accordingly! The gifts were a success, and they looked amazing!
