We went to their new store in University Village in November 2012. They were very patient and understanding that a ring purchase is no small feat. They took the time to explain different options and search for styles we requested. Ultimately, we took three months searching other stores but never found one to compare. I got a beautiful engagement ring and a competative price. A couple weeks ago I managed to knock the diamond out of the setting. No damage came to the ring or the diamond. The owner personally examined my ring and decided to replace the entire head. Their customer service is the best and I will shop there for all my jewelry needs.
