I looked and looked and looked and looked for my husband's wedding band. I even ordered a ring from NY that was $2600 and looked like poo!! Then I came across Thollot. Troy and Joy and their staff are wonderful. They made my husband's band, and it's gorgeous. After this, I wanted a band for my engagement ring that was unique. I found a ring in their shop, the second photo, but I already had my engagement ring which is the center band in the first photo. They literally were able to take a ring and somehow build the band in the second photo around my engagement ring. The photos do NOT do it justice, because it is SO SO SO BEAUTIFUL and it was reasonably priced. We have now had 3 custom rings made and REALLY at very reasonable prices! I will post pictures of my husband's ring(s) soon, one is still being made and his wedding band is being sized.

This is a family owned buisness. That means there is no " apply for a credit card and take it home right now" pressure you get at most jewlers. They are not comission based so pushing the most expensive ring down your throat is not their thing. Mh fiance and I designed my wedding ring there. We brought in photos of my vision and they made it into reality. My engagement ring was actually passed down to me from my fiancés mother but was too small. We took it to Thollot and they sized it, polished it up and now it looks and fits PERFECTLY!! I highly recommend thollot for ALL jewelery needs.

I searched everywhere for a wedding band worthy of my heirloom engagement diamond. All the selection I ran across seemed so generic and like it didn’t really fit with the ring and what I really wanted. Then my (future) mother in law told me to go to Thallot Jewelers. In a last desperate attempt I went to check it out. The difference couldn’t have been more striking! Not only was their selection of jewelry so much more elegant, and their customer service outstanding, but their prices weren’t outrageous! Troy sat down with us one on one and talked about what we were looking for. He listened to our feedback and input and guided us through each choice. He had an innate sense, as a true jeweler and not just a sales person, of the kind of piece I was looking for to compliment my ring. And by the time he showed us the band that is now my wedding ring I had the “wow” moment I had been so lacking in every other store we’d been to. Troy had gotten me to a t! I fell in love with the ring and it was amazingly under our budget! I thought such fine jewelry would come with an unbearable price tag! But I was pleasantly surprised! I was also worried that if I didn’t buy from a big box store I wouldn’t have great financing options. Wrong again! Not only did they have great financing, they also helped me get my ring appraised and insured! Troy and his wife Joy are passionate about what they do and it shows. It didn’t feel like a sales situation. It felt like a wonderful guided journey and chat with old friends. They are so warm, helpful, and knowledgeable. Joy stayed with me on the day my diamond was being placed in the band, and I got to watch them do it right there in front of me as she explained everything that was going on! I highly recommend Thallot, and will be back for further service and purchases in the future.
