We cannot say enough wonderful things about Bilmar Beach Resort and especially Dani, who orchestrated every detail of our wedding from beginning to end. Dani was absolutely incredible—flexible, accommodating, and truly committed to bringing our vision to life. No matter what I wanted, she found a way to make it happen, answered the millions of questions I had, and thought through details I wouldn’t have even considered.
The venue itself was stunning, with the twinkly lights and the beautiful beachfront setting, it created the exact vibe and atmosphere we were hoping for. The food was outstanding, our signature drinks were a huge hit, and the bartenders and banquet staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, making our guests feel welcomed and well taken care of all night.
Thanks to Dani and the entire Bilmar team, our wedding day was seamless, stress‑free, and more beautiful than we ever imagined. We would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a breathtaking beach wedding paired with top‑tier service and coordination.

We had the most magical time at The Bilmar. Everything was perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful at the resort l. Dani the event manager was fantastic. I never felt stressed or overwhelmed! She walked me through everything! All of our guests were blown away by how special the Bilmar was. We recently had our wedding at The Bilmar Beach Resort in Treasure Island (October 2025), and our experience was exceptional from start to finish.

First and foremost, I want to recognize Danielle Jardieu, who was the absolute MVP of our planning process. She was consistently responsive, organized, and incredibly detail-oriented. No matter the question or concern, she was always one phone call away and made us feel supported the entire way through. Her professionalism and warmth set the tone for our entire experience.

The property had suffered significant damage during the October 2024 hurricane, but the Bilmar team worked tirelessly to restore and improve the resort. By the time our wedding arrived, the venue looked better than ever! It was beautifully updated, spotless, and ready to host not just our wedding, but many others.

The hotel provided accommodations for us, our bridal party, and many friends and family members traveling from out of town. Everyone raved about their rooms, the cleanliness, the views, and the attentive service. Whatever we needed during our stay, the staff delivered quickly and graciously.

On the day of the wedding, the entire staff made me feel like a queen. Everything flowed smoothly and seamlessly. Any request I had, big or small, was handled immediately and with care. The ceremony, reception, and overall atmosphere were everything I dreamed of and more.

Choosing The Bilmar as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made. Their dedication, hospitality, and genuine care for their guests and couples truly set them apart. Danielle at Bilmar was always super professional and responsive. always answered any questions we had. very detailed and made sure everything was exactly the way we planned/imagined! our coordinator Alyssa was also super helpful and made everything go smooth! they walked us through everything and told us what was next!

We booked the Bilmar a year and a half in advance. Their contracts and all kinds of things changer between when we booked and when the wedding was. They honored every single thing we outlined in our contract and then some. Danielle did a fabulous job taking over handling everything that happened in that time frame with a smile on her face. It was not an easy task, let me tell you.
Kara, our day of coordinator was AMAZING! The day ran smoothly and without a hitch. Chef did an amazing job with the food and even made my queso fountain dream come true!! Kudos to the entire team!

From the minute we started planning until we checked out, Danielle and all of the Bilmar staff made us feel at home. I went into my wedding week with zero stress. The vendors they recommended were amazing and professional. My day of coordinator, Alyssa was the absolute best! The rooms were clean, accessible and what I expected from the description and photos.

We had three guests with Celiacs and one vegan and the Chef was caring, attentive and educating on the food. He made special meals for all of them, that weren't like other events where the "substitute" food was a pile of veggies.

Every single staff member from housekeeping, maintenance and pool attendants were phenomenal. We literally did not want to leave. We plan on going back again as soon as possible!
