What is your usual attire?
Formal, unless the client says otherwise
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
no. If the couple have special song which we don't have in the collection we will get that song for them, no extra charge. If we are unable to buy or get that song we will call the client.
How many other DJs do you work with?
10-15, some DJ are more specialized in interaction we also have Spanish Bilingual DJs
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
The only minimum amount of time is on Saturdays-4hrs.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
If the bride/couple wish to meet with the DJ in person, the DJ will meet them at the bride/couple home or easiest place for the client. The client can also meet with the owner, by appointment, about general and travel information.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
We have a large music collection from the 40's to Today's hit and most ethnic music.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes, and there is also back-up equipment with the DJ, if one item or the whole system goes down they will still be able to entertain.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
Lighting-at all celebrations, no extra charge. Mirrorball, specialty light,etc can also be provided if requested.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
We will be to the event location an hour and a half ahead but the client is not charged for this time. Please call if you have any questions.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
no
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
We are low key and will talk when needed.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
The client is not contracted to provide us with a meal.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes and a 24hr answering service with a pager to the owner.
What is your overtime rate?
This will be listed on the contract. Please call if you have any questions.
