What is your usual attire?
Our members will wear formal black on the day of your event. For women, all black. For men, tuxedo. For daytime or corporate events, men will often wear a dark suit and tie or all black. We are happy to accommodate any wardrobe requests with enough advance notice.
Do you offer live sample performances or CDs?
Unfortunately we cannot invite you to hear our performances since they are typically private events. Due to the nature of freelance performing, our schedules are not able to accommodate open rehearsals.
How much space do you usually require?
In order for the ensemble to have a visual presence during the event, most clients request that we sit at the front of the wedding ceremony or of the room, however we need ample playing space as to not interfere with any members of the bridal party or guests seated in the front.
Please prepare to give our larger ensembles a space of approximately 8'x 10'.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Travel expense only incur for events further than 50 miles from Orlando.
