Lancaster native, Renee Schlotzhauer, has been thrilling brides with her stunning wedding cakes since 1995. She gained unique design perspective as she resided in myriad cities across the country. Returning to her home-town in 2005, she set up her licensed and inspected home cakery in a beautiful 130 year-old Victorian manor aptly named Bella Manse or “beautiful manor”.

Renee recognizes that the wedding cake is the centerpiece of the wedding reception and should reflect the personality and style of the bride. She creates a cake worthy of this honor with her attention to detail and distinct styling. She works closely with each client to ensure their dream wedding cake comes to life. Additionally, her clients rave about the quality, taste and moistness of her cakes.

She has been recognized by her clients by receiving the “Best of the Knot” and the “Wedding Wire Bride’s Choice Award” several years running. Designing cakes is a family talent as her sister is the owner and designer of Sweet Grace, Cake Design
