Our wedding cake was gorgeous and delicious! We had two flavors (chocolate with salted caramel cream and vanilla with raspberry jam/cream) and our guests loved both. Renee was so easy and helpful to work with. We didn't really have a vision when we began searching, but the Bella Manse website has tons of inspiration photos, and Renee helped us to design a cake that was beautiful and perfectly fit for the occassion. We went with pink champagne and red velvet cake with buttercream frosting....and it was delicious!
The entire process was done remote, as we live out of town, but Renee was there with us step by step, even helping to deliver the cake to the wedding venue and decorate it with our homemade flowers. Highly recommend Bella Manse!

Renee is a master of wedding cakes- no seriously, not only was our wedding cake stunning and exactly what we envisioned/requested, but the flavor (we chose white with the vanilla/raspberry mousse) was to die for; it was both sophisticated and delicious. Renee was absolutely wonderful in helping us to select our flavors, size and overall look for our cake. We continue to get compliments on a champagne flavored cake that was also moist as all get out! The taste testing was fun, convenient and the location was so cool! The best cake I have EVER eaten.
Renee at Bella Manse truly knows how to bake...I'm honestly not really a cake person but after trying her wedding cake samples she made me a believer again. For my wedding I ordered a lemon cake with a white chocolate mousse and raspberry filling and it was to die for. I can't stop thinking about how good it was. She also waved the delivery fee because we're military which was incredibly thoughtful and very much appreciated. The cake itself was gorgeous and she did such a good job communicating and having designing sessions with me to make sure her work matched my vision. I loved every single aspect of working with Renee and I truly cannot recommend her enough.

My wife and I had our wedding yesterday, October 31st, 2020 and our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful!! Three tier, black fondant with red roses cascading down the length of the cake.
As soon as we saw previous photographs of Renee’s work, we knew we needed her as our cake baker! What a wonderful experience it was from cake tasting to the day of the wedding. We are very fortunate to have found Bella Manse online!

Renee is an incredible baker! We met her at Drumore's food tasting, her cake was incredible and the extra bonus? All her recipes were her grandmother's! We LOVED that and the cake, so we booked our cake tasting that week! Every single cake we tasted was amazing, it made it hard to pick just a few! Then we had to re-plan our wedding-thanks to Covid, and Renee was more than understanding! We planned to push our bigger celebration to next year and have a smaller ceremony this year. Renee made an incredible cake for this year, and we cannot wait to have her repeat it for next year!

Renee is simply the absolute BEST! She is easy to work with, her cakes are delicious and stunning! Everyone is still raving about how delicious and beautiful our cake was. Even though I have seen examples of what Renee creates I was blown away when I saw our cake for the first time. Words cannot describe how perfect it looked and she indulged me when I requested a paw print on the cake to incorporate our pup into our day.
We had to postpone due to COVID and Renee made it easy for us to switch our order to a new day. She was also understanding when our guest list shrunk and we needed a smaller cake.

Our cake tasted amazing - we went with the royal wedding setup which looked gorgeous and made for extremely nice pictures :-) René worked very well with our florist to get the romantic look we wanted. Oh my goodness! I've never heard people rave about a wedding cake until ours! Normally, its "the cakes doesnt matter", " no one will eat it"...we had a dessert bar and people still went back for seconds!!! We did a lemon, blueberry cake and a layer of oreo, vanilla. People were in LOVE! Renee answers promptly and is great to work with! I realized that I did not have a cake stand and she let me add on a cake stand rental quickly! THANK YOU BELLA MANSE (Renee, owner)!!! We had a rough start finding someone to make us the perfect wedding cake that I had envisioned. We thought we found the one, but when we went to the original tasting, it was TERRIBLE. The cake was still frozen, and the buttercream tasted like pure Crisco... it was just terrible. SO, I went back to Wedding Wire where I found Bella Manse. The reviews of her cake were great, and everyone kept raving about the flavors! Since we lived 3 1/2 hours away, Renee worked with me to figure out the perfect time for us to come up and try cake, which I was nervous doing with our firs experience. Renee below my mom and myself OUT OF THE WATER with her tasting presentation and flavors!!! Literally the cake and icing melted in our mouths. She had sold us on her flavors, now it was just making sure she could do the piping work I wanted. She showed me LOTS of cakes she previously had done and even drew up the cake I was explaining to her without even showing her the exact piping I wanted!!! I knew right then, she was going to blow my mind with the end result of my wedding cake.... AND SHE DID!!! When I first walked into our wedding venue and saw the cake, I was in SHOCK how PERFECT the piping was. Renee completely outdid herself. Myself and my husband were truly amazed at her work. Usually you find someone that makes beautiful cakes, but the taste is horrible, or the cake tastes amazing but doesn't look so pretty. Renee mastered both!!! You will not be disappointed with her, she is truly amazing at her work!!!

We scheduled a tasting fro Bella Manse over the summer for our February wedding, and she was the first place we tried. Although it took us a few months to actually book, we both knew that she was the one, and it was one of the best decisions. She offers many different cake flavors and fillings, each one even better than the last! Renee was very easy to work with, and really sat with us to help design our cake to be exactly what we wanted. I have gotten so many compliments from family about how delicious the cake was, and will definitely be using her again the next time we need a cake for any occasion!

Our wedding cake was exactly as we imagined it to look after meeting with Renee for our consult. She did an amazing job and it was as delicious as it was beautiful. We got so many compliments on how good the cake tasted and we even had a guest ask if the cake was fake because that's how perfect it looked :) We are so happy we had Renee make us our cake for our big day and I would use her again for another event in a heartbeat.

Bella Manse was the first wedding cake baker/designer we met with. We met with other bakers and we made the decision to use Bella Manse for our wedding cake. My husband and I were impressed with Renee’s cake designs and professionalism and knew that we could trust her with creating a beautiful cake for our big day. The cakes that we sampled, during our meeting, were amazing. We were even able to buy sample cakes of other flavors so that we could decide on the final cake flavors for the wedding cake. Renee was very responsive to emails when I contacted her. I had a final meeting with her to decide on the final design. We wanted a 5 tier cake and Renee was open to making it exactly how we wanted and doing what she needed to do to make it happen. She drew up the design on a piece of paper and seeing the final product was breathtaking! The cake is exactly like we had discussed…if not better than what I dreamed. The cake flavors were awesome. We went with pink champagne with white chocolate mousse and lemon cake with blueberry and white chocolate mousse both flavors with buttercream icing and white fondant. All the guests (even those who don’t like cake) loved the cake and were going back for seconds and even thirds. I would recommend Bella Manse in a heartbeat.

I couldn't be a happier with how the cake for my wedding turned out. I had several guests tell me it was the best wedding cake they'd ever eaten. And Renee was such a pleasure to work with! I wanted a naked cake with maybe some fruit or flowers and she showed me a picture of a cake she'd made for a photo shoot a few weeks prior and it was EXACTLY what I'd pictured. Highly recommend.

My husband and I went to many different bakeries taste testing wedding cakes, but nothing seemed to stand out. I was expressing my frustration to a friend who said I should try Bella Manse and I am so glad I took her advice! The cake for my wedding was wonderful. I met with Renee and I described what I wanted for the wedding. She made a sketch and it was so easy to conclude what the cake would look like. The tasting was great as well and she offers so many custom options for your cake. She also offered for cake stand rental which we took advantage of - this was so much easier and more economical. The cake we ordered from Bella Manse turned out gorgeous and was delicious! We ended up getting the chocolate mousse and the vanilla with raspberry, and they were both to die for. We had the florist provide extra flowers to put on the cake, and Renee decorated the cake at the reception site. It was so pretty I almost didn't want to eat it. Almost!

OMG!!! Everyone raved about our wedding cake! Bella Manse really went out of her way for our special day. My husband and I do not like cakes so we had an unconventional request for a brownie wedding cake. We went for the taste test and she didn't have any brownie for us to try but the cakes she usually makes that are popular. Let me tell you that for us not being cake people we loved her samples! Yet, we wanted our brownie and put all our trust in her hands to make our cake. I highly recommend Bella Manse for your cake for any occasion. She went out of her way to make our unique cake and everyone wanted seconds! We also really appreciated the directions to freezing our top piece for our one year anniversary. We are looking forward to it though I am not sure we will be able to resist eating it before our one year. Thank you so so so much! Our wedding cake was so delicious and everyone truly enjoyed it!

Renee made my sister's wedding cake 2 years ago, and it was absolutely beautiful as well as delicious, and so I knew when planning my wedding that I wanted a Bella Manse cake too! From my first email inquiry, to our tasting meeting, and several email and phone communications throughout the planning process, Renee was so responsive, professional, and helpful. She sketched a perfect vision of our cake from my description, and the end result was exactly what I wanted! She also created a groom's cake representing my husband's alma mater, and it was perfect as well. Not only did the cakes look amazing, but the two flavors we chose (which was hard itself to narrow down!) were absolutely delicious. Everyone loved the cakes, and we were happily eating leftovers the next day!

Our cake was, without a doubt, the most delicious wedding cake I have ever eaten. I really like wedding cake and so was particularly focused on the decision of who to use. I was pretty scientific about it and tasted cake from three different vendors. I bought sample cakes from both of the two front runners, so I could do a side-by-side comparison of the flavor of cake I planned to have for the wedding. Renee was very accommodating of my process, and by the end, I was 100% confident she was the best choice.
I made my decision based on the taste, and I was so happy when I took a bite at the wedding. Renee did a traditional white cake with black raspberry, chambord filling and also a spice cake with cinnamon, whipped cream filling. Man, they tasted good. But, the cake also looked so beautiful. It was a pretty simple buttercream design, but it was stunning especially with the flowers that Lori from Wildflowers provided.
As I said, I was very particular about the cake choice, and I could not have been happier with the decision to use Bella Manse. I should also mention that I was not the only person who loved it; I heard from a bunch of my guests how exceptional Renee's cake was.

She is amazing - we met with her to do the cake testing before the wedding and she was very helpful and helped us talk through what we wanted for our cake. We had pumpkin spice and carrot cake - my guests are still asking me if we have any cake left. THEY LOVED IT AND WE LOVED IT. I asked Renee to deliver the cake after our ceremony and she was more than willing to do so - the cake was beautiful and delicious. I definitely recommend Bella Manse.

Renee was incredible to work with! At our initial consultation, she understood exactly was we were looking for in a wedding cake, and what she delivered was just as delicious as it was beautiful! As we all know, not many people actually get a chance to eat cake at a wedding if they are too busy on the dance floor, which happened to a bunch of our guests. The ones that did eat it were not shy about telling us how great the cake tasted and thankfully we had some left to eat at our brunch the next day (there was none left after that because it was TOO GOOD not to finish!) When I saw the cake for the first time, I was so excited because it was even better looking than I could have imagined! Working with Renee to design our wedding cake, Groom's cake, as well as 3 other specialty cakes we required for our wedding was everything I could have possibly hoped for!
Renee was very accommodating and responsive when answering all emails and telephone calls. Together myself, my husband and Renee designed our cake as well as sampled various flavors at her house one afternoon (which is absolutely beautiful inside!!!!).
I discussed with Renee over the phone what I was envisioning for my husband's groom's cake. He is an structural engineer so I wanted the cake to reflect his love of bridges, bridge design, and a current project he was working on. The first time I was able to see the cake was at the rehearsal dinner and it was exactly what I envisioned in my head!
Renee's techniques are flawless and her prices are very reasonable. All the flavors are delicious. We also got a free Anniversary cake since we ordered a certain size cake.

My husband and I decided on Bella Manse through recommendation of our Wedding Coordinator. Renee was kind and prompt in all of her responses. When we visited with her months, and months before the wedding I showed her my Pinterest board full of different cake photos, and shared with her all of the design elements I dreamed of having on our wedding cake. While sitting with her discussing these elements she took the time to sketch the cake design out with us. She listened to all of our desires.
When I saw our cake at our wedding I was beyond happy. It was everything I ever dreamed of. It was PERFECT. It was so beautiful. I could not have been happier. We all loved the cake and it was delicious. So happy that everything turned out perfectly. She did a wonderful job. I definitely recommend Bella Manse.

It was a true pleasure working with Bella Manse for our wedding cake. Our entire experience from the very beginning was just perfect. She was very prompt in returning all phone calls and emails before, during and after our wedding. She worked with us in designing the cake that we envisioned and adding her expertise when needed! Bella Manse is wonderful. She made my sister's wedding cake 6 years ago and I remembered it being so delicious that I had to go to her to try out her cakes again for my wedding. I remembered it correctly - her cakes are heavenly. Renee really listened to the design and the look of what we wanted and over delivered. The cake looked better than I imagined and it tasted just as good. She also made the groom's cake which she was very flexible with helping figure out how to execute it. (It was a super large Reese's peanut butter cup. She suggested a deep dish fluted tart pan to get the rippled edges we needed). My groom loved it - and loved the fact that it was chocolate and peanut butter even more. Renee does excellent work and was fantastic to work with. I even shipped my cake topper directly to her so I wouldn't have to worry about bringing that to the venue and she handled setting that up for us! Overall - she is very talented and creative and best of all, a fantastic baker!

My wedding cake was AMAZING!!! We are big hockey fans, and we wanted a cake shaped like the Stanley Cup, but I still wanted it to look like a nice white wedding cake. I found a photo of exactly what I was looking for online. Renee made it look so perfect! And it tasted as great as it looked! Bella Manse made our wedding cake and it was absolutely delicious AND gorgeous! It is rare to have both but our truly was! Everyone LOVED the cake and still talks about it. She created the exact design i asked for even after changing some things over email. It was just perfect!!

I must say that I've had more compliments on my wedding cake than you can imagine! Working with Renee to create this masterpiece was absolutely awesome and she was so receptive to my ideas and thoughts. Renee is so creative! She really brought my theme (Alice in Wonderland) to life! This topsy-turvy cake was fantastic! From the Cheshire Cat smile and the caterpillar sitting on the side, to the Queen of Hearts crown to the "cardmen" on the bottom and so much more! And the best part -- it even tasted fabulous! I truly enjoyed it and everyone commented that it not only looked awesome, but tasted awesome, too!

The wedding cake that Renee made for our daughter and son-in-law was beautiful and delicious! She was so easy to work with, we would recommend her to anyone! We received many many compliments about how wonderful the cake tasted! It was displayed exactly as we had requested and it truly was stunning!!!

We had a very small wedding and were only looking for a small cake for us to cut and cupcakes for our guests. Renee was wonderful during our consultation - she was super easy to work with and not to mention all the samples we tasted were amazing! In addition, the pricing was very reasonable.
On the day of our wedding, I was extremely impressed when I saw our cake and the cupcakes, as she managed to match our colors perfectly! Everyone commented on how wonderful the cake looked, and how great the cupcakes tasted. We enjoyed the rest of our cake for several days after the wedding and are hoping for another occasion to work with Renee!

There are no words to describe how incredible my experience was with Bella Manse. First and foremost- the cake was out of this world. My fiance and I do not like cake- but we could eat Renee's cakes everyday! The icing was amazing, (we chose the buttercream) the filling was light, fluffy, and flavorful (we went with a white chocolate mousse with a strawberry filling) and the cake itself (white) was so moist and delicious it literally melted in your mouth. All of our guests raved about how delicious it was!! The cake was gorgeous- exactly how I had envisioned it and also matched the sketch that she had drawn for me perfectly. Renee was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and was also very polite and accommodating when I needed to make changes to our initial idea. Her fees are very reasonable and competitive. I would recommend Bella Manse to anyone looking for a cake- no matter what type of occasion!

BEST RED VELVET CAKE I'VE EVER TASTED! Bella Manse created my Indian-inspired "henna" cake in 3 flavors, including a special-request filling, as well as a groom's cake. The wedding cake was beautiful and the groom's cake was a huge hit. All flavors were delicious, but the red velvet cake was TOO DIE FOR! (literally...it was a zombie-themed cake!) Even though I live about 2 hrs from Bella Manse, I would order that red velvet cake again from her for any special occasion! Everyone who tasted said it was the absolutely best cake they had ever had!

Renee's cake was by far the tastiest cake that I have ever bought. I normally make all my own baked goods but we wanted a two layer cake for our granddaughter's first birthday. So I found Renee online and saw all the great reviews and contracted with her to make the cake without even taste testing. We bought a pink champagne cake with pink buttercream icing on one layer and sugar crystals on the top layer. (We chose this cake from her photo gallery on her website). It was beautiful. Renee also made a smash cake for our 1 year old to dig into! She loaned us two cake stands to display the cakes also. And she made edible #1's for each cake. Everyone at the party loved the cake and commented on how delicious it was. I would highly recommend Bella Manse and will use her for our next event.

Renee baked the most wonderful and creative groom's cake for our wedding, and also created the most beautiful spun-sugar peony decorations for our wedding cake. She delighted us with the spot-on design of a Baltimore Ravens Super Bowl ring, doing such a wonderful job that several Baltimore blogs promoted the image (http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1835634-epic-grooms-cake-is-in-the-shape-of-baltimore-ravens-super-bowl-ring). And the cake was so delicious! Very moist and deeply chocolate. Perfect!!

We are so happy that we booked Renee from Bella Manse for our wedding cake! She was such a pleasure to work with and extremely flexible and EASY. I honestly can't think of a single negative - our experience was just that perfect. The cakes turned out beautifully and our guests are still raving about how good they tasted! She created an intricate peacock cake to go with our wedding theme and she went above and beyond our expectations. Guests couldn't stop raving! Bella Manse is an unbelievable cake company! She went above and beyond what I ever expected to ensure that our cake was incredible. We were so impressed with her work and the taste of the cake was just as amazing. She was very flexible to work with and extremely creative. We gave her some ideas that we had as well as the theme of our wedding, and within minutes, she was able to create a stunning cake design! She was very reliable and made sure she used any supplies we provided to her. In addition, she came prepared with extra supplies, so when our cake topper went missing by someone other than the Bella Manse company, she had extra materials to make sure our cake still looked incredible. I highly recommend her services to everyone, and we will be sure to use her again in the future! Thank you for making our event absolutely amazing! It wouldn't have been the same without our stunning cake!

I visited a lot of other wedding cake vendors before I found Renee and Bella manse. Once my fiancé and I met with Renee and tasted her cake, we knew we found the right one! Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. In addition the value is exceptional. She does fabulous work within your budget and never pressured us to add anything to our cake that we didn't want! Always prompt with her responses and very down to earth and professional! My wedding cake from Bella Manse was THE BEST WEDDING CAKE I HAVE EVER TASTED! When my mom and I went to Renee's house to do the taste testing she had so many flavors that we so delicious it was hard to choose one so I chose three! I also didn't really know what kind of design I wanted so she pulled out a scrap book of cakes that she has done in the past. The cakes looked AMAZING! She can do any cake you could possibly want. We ended up my cake mirroring my wedding dress. Ivory cake with a little darker lace and buttons to go down the of the cake the way buttons went down the back of my dress.
The three flavors I chose for my dress were Chocolate with an Oreo cream/icing, Vanilla with raspberry, and my favorite Pumpkin with cinnamon in the middle.
All of our guests LOVED the cake. I actually ended up coming home with the top of the cake and (which was pumpkin) and my husband and I ate it for three days after the wedding and it was still moist.
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CAKE EVERY!!!!
Thank you Renee! I will definitely be calling you again in the future for other cakes!

I absolutely loved working with Renee at Bella Manse... from the moment we stepped in to her home to try her absolutely delicious cake, to seeing her sketch out what I was thinking for a design... and then actually seeing it more beautiful than I could have even imagined on our wedding day...
