We have experience in just about any lighting situation from bright sunlight to candlelit ceremonies.

How many photographers do you work with?
We often work together or separate, and we have about 4 or 5 assistants or second photographers who work with us.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Always.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never. We reserve one weekend for the whole weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes. We will make sure that your wedding is covered by someone comparable, both in price and artistic style.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We bring several cameras and lenses of all kinds. We have backups for everything: camera, flash, batteries, CF cards, and even backup photographers!

Absolutely.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We custom-design a package that suits the client, whether hourly or all day.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
We are available for overtime. We charge $250 per hour for overtime on the day of the wedding.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Quick washroom breaks (we stagger our breaks) and a meal break, preferably when the bride and groom are eating, as we do not photograph them as they are eating, so it's a perfect time for us to eat, too!
Do you charge for travel?
Yes, if it's outside the Greater Seattle-Tacoma area. We charge for appropriate mileage, or appropriate airfare prices plus hotel.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Three weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
All clients get an online web gallery and a disc.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, for marketing purposes only.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, in most cases. However, this is negotiable for a slightly higher fee.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Half of our packages contain the digital files/negatives, and the other half do not.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer two types: Soft- or hardcover press-printed books, and hard cover flush-mounted books.
When will the client get the final album?
The design takes one month after you view the proofs, and the delivery of the book takes approximately 3 - 4 weeks. So, typically 2 - 3 months after the wedding.
