We booked the Ariel dance band for our wedding, based on a friend's introduction and reviewing their videos. We were a bit nervous, having never seen them live before. However, their performance blew us away and was one of the best parts of our wedding! People were dancing all night, from young to old. They learned a number of songs that we asked for, and even let them bride's father sit in on a song that was meaningful to our family. They were funky, electric and professional. 100% recommend.

Our experience with The Heartbeat Dance Band was outstanding. The music was excellent, and many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the band’s energy and performance. Lawrence did a great job as MC, adjusting smoothly when our schedule shifted and checking in with us regularly. He was both fun and professional throughout.

Liz was also wonderful to work with. She stood out from other band managers during the selection process with your organization, responsiveness, and professionalism. You made us feel comfortable throughout the entire planning and payment process.

The Heartbeat Band killed it. From the outset, it was clear we were dealing with a professional operation. Liz was extremely detailed and worked with our planner to map out the day to the minute. It was easy to give the band the songs we wanted and the songs we didn’t. Liz also did a great job applying some light pressure when she didn’t think we were making good decisions. She was extremely forthright which, although jarring at times, was ultimately appreciated. Additionally, the band added a few extra songs to their repertoire which we greatly appreciate. And, the band reached out requesting to speed up one of the songs for the processional. This was a good idea and speaks to the band’s professionalism and commitment to putting on a good show for all involved.

The band’s energy was incredible and kept people on the dance floor all night long. We received so many compliments from guests about the band. The saxophonist in particular was amazing. Our one bit of criticism is that we specifically asked Liz/the band to not talk too much with the crowd. So we were extremely surprised when the band leader did a whole “pump up” routine before our first dance. After our planner talked with him the editorializing ended.

We hired Ariel after wanting to hire their sister band Heartbeat who we have seen play at other family members weddings. Heartbeat was not available and we decided to go with Ariel, and we were not disappointed! They lived up to the hype and brought great energy all night and our guests loved them! They did everything exactly the way we asked and did awesome with learning our first dance songs. They were also very flexible with our start times due to a rain delay for our ceremony.
