Anne Marie was a life saver!
We wanted a destination wedding, but had no idea where to start. I decided a wedding planner was the way to go. I emailed a few wedding planners in the San Juan area and Anne Marie responded within the hour. Responsiveness was super important to me and Anne Marie and Barbara (her assistant) would get back to me immediately.
We planned a trip to San Juan to look at venues and meet with vendors. Anne Marie is well known and has worked with just about every vendor in San Juan, so she was able to suggest vendors that were perfect for our wedding. When we visited San Juan in September, she arranged meetings with all of our vendors we were interested in for a Q&A session. She picked us up at our hotel and in 7 hours our whole wedding was planned! It was a totally stress free experience.
The other thing I loved was she set up a meeting with all of our vendors 4 days before our wedding, so we could make sure everyone was on the same page and come the day of the wedding there would be no confusion. This made me feel so much better having the final meeting with every vendor, since the last time we met up with them was 6 months earlier.
She was a HUGE help for our welcome dinner, which was not part of her contract, but I know she wanted to make sure everything was perfect for our wedding weekend.
The wedding went off wonderfully and everything came together.
I can't thank or recommend Anne Marie enough. She is an amazing event planner and helped us plan the perfect wedding!!
