Having a high-quality livestream was one of our top priorities because we had several elderly family members and loved ones who simply couldn't travel to Puerto Rico. We wanted them to feel like they were still part of our wedding day, and Noel made that possible in the best way imaginable.

Thoughtful. From the very beginning, it was obvious that Noel cared about creating an experience for the people who couldn't attend in person. About a month before the wedding, he reached out to collect engagement photos and a custom graphic so he could create a beautiful pre-ceremony slideshow for our virtual guests. Seeing our photos while they waited for the ceremony to begin made the livestream feel intentional and welcoming instead of simply opening a video link. During the ceremony, there was also a live YouTube chat where family and friends shared messages in real time. Looking back through those comments has become one of our favorite keepsakes. At the end of the ceremony, Noel even reminded us that our online guests were still watching and encouraged us to say a few words to them before ending the stream. It was such a thoughtful touch that meant so much to everyone watching from afar.

Organized. Noel was one of the first vendors we booked after our wedding planner, Merylin Andino, who told us he was the only livestream vendor she confidently recommends. After working with him, I completely understand why. His contract, payment schedule, and communication were clear from the very beginning, and he sent our YouTube livestream link weeks in advance so guests had plenty of time to access it and troubleshoot if needed (which was super helpful for our elderly guests). Everything was communicated clearly, which made the entire process completely stress-free.

Reliable. Our ceremony took place at Castillo San Cristóbal, a historic venue with no electrical outlets, which made livestreaming far more complicated than a typical venue. Despite those challenges, Noel executed everything flawlessly. The video and audio quality were outstanding, and everything ran seamlessly from beginning to end. We never had to worry about whether our loved ones were able to experience the ceremony because Noel had everything under control.

Discreet. Noel worked alongside his father, and it was clear that they made an incredible team. Throughout the ceremony, they captured every important moment without ever becoming a distraction. Their professionalism allowed us to remain fully present while trusting that every meaningful moment was being shared with our family and friends at home.

Lasting. One of the greatest gifts Noel gave us is that we can continue reliving our ceremony long after the wedding day. In addition to the livestream itself, he provided us with a downloadable Vimeo recording, and our YouTube livestream is still available to revisit. Being able to watch our ceremony again and read the messages our loved ones shared during the livestream is something we'll treasure forever.

If you're debating whether a livestream is worth it, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made. Noel didn't just provide a technical service... he made it possible for the people who couldn't travel to still witness one of the most important moments of our lives. This was one of the best decisions we made around our wedding. It allowed our family and friends to watch remotely, and when I saw the video, it felt as though they were there.
