I shoot everything digitally and then during the editing process can convert photos to black and white and sepia, as well as do special effects like cross processing, vignettes, etc. I also do minor retouching and artistic effects as part of all my packages.

I only book one wedding per day and no more than 2 per weekend.

Several digital camera bodies, lenses, and flash heads, as well as a few film bodies.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Either--it depends on the package.

Yes. $350 Per hour.

Depends on the schedule of the wedding.

Not within a 75 mile radius of Dulles Airport.

4-6 weeks.

Hosted on line for 6 months.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, but I also offer high resolution image files with rights to print.
