We limit the number of weddings we accept in a year to make sure that our clients receive the best service and images possible. We put a lot of time and effort into preparation as well as post-processing of images.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes. We will help our clients find a replacement photographer(s) when needed.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes - always.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We can do it either way. All of our packages are customizable to fit your needs and budget.
Do you charge for travel?
There is no travel charge if the wedding is on the island of Oahu. There is a travel fee for neighbor island weddings to cover airfare, car rental, meals and a hotel stay if needed.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Proofs will be ready within four weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
We provide online proofs on a password-protected website.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes - copyright is shared.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, but if the couple is uncomfortable with this, we will not publish the photos.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
We provide high resolution digital files with all our wedding packages
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes - a selection of images will be available.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Everything from press printed photo books to flush-mount albums.
When will the client get the final album?
Turnaround time for press printed photo books is around 4 weeks; flushmount albums take longer - around 12 weeks.
