Frank was awesome. From the start, we really enjoyed working with him. He was professional and to the point, yet still personable and fun. He was really organized and his website helped us get ourselves and our day organized, especially his timeline template. He was happy to take all of our requests (we had a few playlists put together) and took requests from our guests. He was extremely attentive during cocktail hour and dinner and checked in multiple times to make sure everybody understood the timeline and was ready for cake cutting, speeches, etc. And not just with us, but with our involved family and friends, too. He absolutely killed the reception (in the best way) playlist. Our dance floor was consistently busy and full of people jumping around. We got so many compliments on the DJ. THANK YOU Frank!

JD entertainment was outstanding for our wedding. Our Photo Booth was a huge hit! They brought props but we added our own as well. Everyone got a copy of their photos and we got a copy in an album that guests were able to sign. Honestly it’s better than a guest book. Tracy our photographer was a perfect match for us. She is very professional and I felt like she wasn’t even there. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Great value and ease of having multiple services handled in one place priceless. I knew I wanted a Photo Booth and my now husband said can’t we find a photographer that has a Photo Booth too. Best decision ever!

We were incredibly impressed by the job that Tomas Muzik did at our wedding. They were very helpful before the event, giving advice about what to expect and getting a sense of what kind of music we both like. They absolutely delivered at the reception; I know it was our wedding day and I would have had a good time regardless of the music, but I’ve never had so much fun on a dance floor in my life. The music was perfectly matched to our tastes, and I can still remember so many amazing moments on the dance floor when a new song started playing. I hope I get a chance to hire this DJ again in the future, I know I’ll be in for an incredible time.

When I tell you our day would not have gone as smoothly without Lonnie. His professionalism and time management is unmatched. He did numerous phone meeting with us to tweak little details and make sure everything was set in stone. He was beyond expectations. We plan to use him again for our vowel renewals in 5 years. Down to every detail he made our special day amazing wouldn’t book with anyone else. Thank you so much for being apart of our special day Lonnie !

Honestly, I was so nervous because I didn’t know what to do since I have not been too very many weddings, but Mike made me and my husband feel so comfortable and walked us through every step of the way. He was so helpful, kind and professional not to mention everyone loved the Photo Booth guy that was working with him that night! He was a blast and made the Photo Booth so fun for our guests. He knew how to get everyone on the dance floor and all of my guests had an absolute blast. I could not recommend this DJ more!

We hired Heather for a day of coordinator for our wedding. She was incredible everything ran smoothly, considering I was a bit of a control freak about my wedding. She was able to execute everything we had asked for and the value that she added to our day made me a very relaxed bride. Hiring anyone from this company is probably the best thing you can do. They are excellent at their jobs they are excellent at communication I was so incredibly happy on my wedding day and I couldn't have asked for someone better.

When I got engaged, I was not looking forward to all the work that goes into planning a wedding. lucky for me, Ryan and I went to high school together and I remembered him posting on his Facebook about being a wedding DJ. He was really responsive to my messages and even when I was a little nervous at first to hire a friend out of worry for them not to take it seriously because we are friends, he actually called me out on not taking song selections serious and held me accountable. If you want a wedding DJ that's professional yet feels like your friend, I suggest Ryan!

Huge shoutout to Pro DJ Services for absolutely making our wedding unforgettable.  Jesse and Sullivan were AMAZING — they truly listened to what we wanted and played everything we asked for and more. The dance floor was packed from start to finish - we are still getting compliments from guests on our music.  Jason was extremely attentive and professional throughout this entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ team. Highly recommend Pro Dj Services. 

EDIT: After speaking with the Photography Director, Krista Smith, I would like to update my review. Krista was sincerely apologetic when reviewing the gallery photos with me and has gone above and beyond to rectify the situation. She is making every effort to create a wedding album that we can truly enjoy and cherish. While unfortunate, I believe our experience with the photographer was an isolated incident and not reflective of the company’s overall standard or typical service. Though we cannot get that day back, I’m grateful that the team is doing everything they can to make it right. ORIGINAL POST First, I want to acknowledge and commend DJ Dustin—he was absolutely phenomenal. He kept the energy high, the dance floor full, and was a true highlight of the evening. Unfortunately, our experience with the photographer was deeply unsatisfactory. The majority of our photos show us squinting, and when the venue coordinator suggested relocating due to the lighting, the photographer declined. This decision significantly affected the quality of our pictures. Most heartbreaking of all, our wedding party consisted of our four children (ages 13 to 22), as this day marked the union of our two families. Shockingly, not a single usable photo of the six of us together was captured. Even the curated photo gallery that was presented to us did not include any of our family portraits. This lack of attention to such a meaningful detail is extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. Additionally, the photo booth attendant was kind, but the printer malfunctioned throughout the night. This resulted in delays, missing prints, and guests having to walk away without leaving messages. Some of the guestbook entries even have mismatched photos next to them due to the printing issues. I’m not someone who expects perfection or makes unreasonable demands. I am a simple person who hoped for a smooth, memorable day. Sadly, our experience with the photographer, left us with lasting regret. I would strongly advise against hiring him, and if he is the only option available, I would recommend reconsidering.
