ZAPPOS--return policy??

I dont know about that shop, but it's fairly normal to have to pay to return an item. The online shop I bought my shoes from would offer "free returns", as in they would send out another pair when they got the first pair back, without charging me extra shipping, but I still had to pay to send the first pair back.

The awesome thing about Zappos is that they do not make you pay to ship a return back. You get free shipping when you buy shoes there, and if you need to return them, Zappos gives you free shipping back. That's their thing.

Zappos is almost an awesome online Nordstrom's! Yep, they have free shipping two ways--makes it so much easier, cause you definitely want to try on heels before committing to buy them!

I worked for zappos when I lived in Vegas. It's a great company. They do free shipping both ways. And if you find the exact shoe somewhere else ( either online or a brick and mortar store) they'll beat the price for you. You just have to call.

Plus zappos has a 365 day return policy, of course if you haven't worn them out or haven't damaged them in any way trying them on it's fine..I have a pair in my closet i'm still trying to decide whether or not to send back :-)

Do you bring them to the post office or leave it outside the house when you are returning?

Zappos has hands down the BEST cutomer service and easy returns/exchange policy I have EVER come across (and I shop lots online!)

I actually just returned a pair of sneakers last week and exchanged them for another with no hassles, free over night shipping both ways- no questions.

I cannot rave enough about their easy return policy- by far the best I have come across!

I have not done zappos.... but shoebuy.com sends you an email confirmation of the shoe's arrival. On it is a link, - click here for return label.... then you print it with your printer, tape it on the box, and I dropped them off at the ups store. maybe zappos is the same???
