Just for fun, because we're prepping for a charity bake sale tomorrow, I thought we could all share some of our best recipes!

So let's hear it ladies and gentlemen! What are some of your go to recipes for breakfast, lunch or dinner? For the big game? For game night?

I'll start with an easy one -- pizza roll ups. I make two kinds -- pepperoni and white spinach.

You start with crescent rolls, sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on them. Then you add pepperoni slices and roll up, or for the white spinach, add a dollop of ricotta cheese to each roll and some spinach (tear it up to fit -- remember, it'll shrink when you bake it) and roll up.

Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes (or what until they're golden brown) and serve with some marinara for dipping!

These are great snacks for a game night or small get together. I've served them at Festivus a few times.

Your turn!

I have the easiest salmon recipe in the world.

Spread a piece of tinfoil on top of a baking sheet. Put the filet on top.

Drizzle olive oil on a salmon filet (I usually go for 1.5lbs, but you can do any size you want, just increasing the number of lemons).

    Lightly salt/pepper the filet.

Slice up 1-2 lemons (so they're still circular, not wedges) and place each one on top of the filet (I usually do two rows of four).

Put a couple sprigs of fresh rosemary on top of the lemons, again length-wise.

    Seal up the tinfoil.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes plus 10 minutes per inch of the filet's thickest part.

    Dunzo.

My easiest, favorite recipe is chicken tortilla soup. Chicken tenders, 1 can each of: tomatos, corn, black beans, and green chilis. Put all in the crock pot with a can of water, half a chopped onion, and 1/2 box of chicken stock. Season. Cook on low for 8 hours. 2 hrs before its ready take the chicken out and cut it up into bite sizes. Serve with slice avocado and torotilla chips.

Okay, finally home to share my parent's Taco Dip recipe.

In a pan, layer the following ingredients in this order (this is for a large, rectangular pan -- for a smaller square pan, half the ingredients)

    - 30 oz can of refried beans

    - 2 cups of Mayo mixed with 2 packages of taco seasoning

    - 1 midsize carton of sour cream

    - largest container of Dean's guacamole

    - 1 can sliced black olives

    - topped with shredded Colby/Cheddar/Monterrey Jack cheeses (or a Mexican blend)

Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
