I feel like CNN reports pretty honestly and if anything- somewhat negative about covid (or just brutally honest, who knows with media) but with cases going down & our world only getting more and more vaccinated everyday.. I believe things are headed in the right direction

And with the new variant, Dr. Fauci said the vaccinations still work, just not as well. But he also mentioned more people getting vaccinated means the virus won't mutate.

Fun fact: My best friend and her family tested positive on vacation recently and the only person in that entire house who didn't test positive (while in isolation with them the entire time...) was a nurse who has both of her vaccines already.

I follow a doctor on TikTok (I've made to sure to look at his credentials and he's legit!) and he made a video yesterday stating that experts think things will be going back to normal starting in May. Now this is if we have enough people who will get the vaccine and of course there are other factors. But it gives me hope!

I am encouraged every day by the positive news that's coming out! I'm getting married April 10, and while I know things won't be anywhere near back to normal, it makes me so happy that a good number of people who want to attend my wedding will be vaccinated! Both of my parents were able to get scheduled for vaccines next week, which I am thrilled about.
